I got the WORST haircut of my life here the other day. I have curly hair, and the person tried putting a comb through my dry hair and, unsurprisingly, got it stuck in my hair. I asked her to trim the ends only, and she took off a solid 2 inches. I also have an undercut, and when I asked for it to be trimmed as well, instead of taking buzzers and trimming it, she picked up her scissors and chopped off all the hair AROUND it. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!! Honestly, how does that lady have a stylist licence?

My boyfriend and his son went in on a sunday afternoon to find 2 employees just sitting around. It took them approx 3 to 5 mins to acknowledge them. Then they didnt do a great job cutting their hair. His son is so upset about his cut his dad now feels so bad for bringing him. My boyfriend had to keep telling the stylist how to trim his hair. Is this how you treat the people that keep your shop open. Not in my book.

Michelle is a horrible hairdresser. When I was there last Saturday she was disjointed about another hairdresser leaving and wasnt paying attention and chopped my hair off, she didnt give the haircut I wanted. Very none professional.
