Had a terrible experience. I wanted my hair short but not too short. She told me we will make it short and if I want it shorter we can do that. Sounded fine to me. She then used the clipper on my hair and cut it the shortest possible and then asked me if I want it shorter. I was mortified. When I told her its too short she said I should have asked for the scissor instead. I look terrible now. Very very disappointed. Never going back there again.

I showed the lady a couple pictures of a bob angled with the longest point around my face. She cut it the opposite way in short choppy cuts I had to get my hair cut even shorter by another salon to fix what she did. Dont go here. She should be fired.

There is this one employee, i think the only male employee in the store who just seemed very rude. I dont know if that is his style of working or was having a bad day but he wouldnt even look at me. The women employees are nicer and warm.

No exaggeration, the worst haircut I have ever received. Came home to find a cut that was bleeding , needless to say it was rushed and aggressive.
