The Hairdressers outright mocked and ridiculed me for my choice of haircut (undercut). The one who cut my hair was way too rough and did not use a neck towel or dust off at the end. They have been condescending and mean a few other times that I have gone in. Hairdressers are not supposed to judge you or your choice in any way, they are supposed to help you best accomplish that goal and offer their professional opinion, but never to mock you or change your mind. Imagine getting a tattoo and the artist mocks and criticizes you and your idea. These hairdressers are not professionals and they are not nice people. This perception is not just mine, another person who witnessed my haircut said the same thing. Give them your business if you like being mistreated.

If you or your kids have flatness on the back of your head "flathead". Then your dreams have been answered. Julia, the hairdresser who works here, basically specializes in this kind of thing, shes extremely professional, friendly, good with kids. Just randomly walking in I was blown away with the haircut she gave my son, even staring at it I couldnt see it anymore, where with other haircuts, I was usually convincing myself it was better then it was. It was like magic, and plan on making her my sons permanent hairdresser from here on out. If this is something youve been searching for, for you or your kids, shes your answer. And gave me a pretty mean fade ontop of it.

I brought my son for a haircut this morning supercuts 80 town line rd Rocky hill The manager cut my sons hair he has the worst hair cut ever that way she cut the hear she wish never cut hair anymore she dont even called cut the front her straight I wish I can send a picture so you can see the worst haircut ever now I have to shave his head completely better and the way she cut the hair so please dont check the price but check how the hair will be cut

Have had some iffy experiences in the past with different Supercuts locations, but this one is phenomenal! Got my haircut done by Justin, who is the main reason this location is so great! (And not just because he has a great name!) He is very friendly and personable, but is a great hairstylist at the same time! He is meticulous in his work and you can tell he enjoys his job!! Will definitely be making this my spot for haircuts, and Justin as my stylist!!!

I went to the supercuts location in Berlin and my cut was uneven and awkward. I went to this location in Rocky Hill the next day and Jamie the manager did an amazing job! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted and was very sweet and understanding in addition to having a real talent in cutting hair! I will be back for sure! Great hospitality and customer service!

Worst management. I got apt for 11:40 AM at 80 Town Line Rd. Have to wait for 40 mins because stylist was running bit late with prior apts. When I asked about my apt, I was told he has other apts now and I have to come by 1 PM. Really a waste of time. Dont value your time.
