Absolutely horrible. I made an appt for my sister and myself, both for 2:30 PM on Sat, 2/7/2015. We arrived on time. We then waited for 20 minutes before someone brought us in. There was only 1 employee to take care of both of us. She was running around doing many things at once while doing a pedicure for me, and waxing and a manicure for my sister. We were there for 2 and 1/4 hours for my pedicure and my sisters lip and chin wax and manicure with a paraffin treatment. We had planned on an hour or so, and because they did not provide 2 concurrent appointments, we were late for the function that we were going to that evening. It was hectic and the furthest thing from a relaxing spa experience. There was loud rap music playing the whole time The women who was taking care of us made my sister dip her hands in the hot wax pot for the paraffin treatment. I have NEVER seen anyone do this before. My sister complained that it was too hot, but the woman didnt care. The absolute WORST spa experience Ive ever had. I am going to dispute the bill. This place should be shut down by the health authorities.

Im giving them one star...because theres not an option to give less. It was so unprofessional. Came in with a gift card. And they didnt have a card reader so they made me look in a "5 star notebook" looking up a number that I could barely read off the card. All while the owner was on the phone. Massage was pretty good. Pedicure was mediocre at best. But the end result completely negated the experience. The owner forced me to look through years of bookkeeping i.e. Notebooks listing card numbers out of order while not even trying to read the gift card I gave him. I will NEVER RETURN HERE. WORST SPA IVE EVER NEEN TOO. Regardless of the fact that I had a gift card. Id rather pay the extra $200 to go to a real spa. Which I ended up doing ANYWAYS.

I LOOOVE this place!! I was shopping with my friends nearby when we decided to get impromptu manicures/pedicures. Not only were they open late, but we were ushered in right away by incredibly friendly staff. The massage chairs were unbelievably comfortable and the minute we sat down, we were offered complimentary wine! It was very clean and the manicurists were so personable and professional. We also got to keep the files/buffers/pumice stones they used for us. I had scheduled mani/pedis for my bridesmaids in August at another place in West Hartford, but after this experience, I immediately booked it here and canceled the other place, even though this one is 20 minutes farther. The prices were very reasonable too!!

Mediocre yet pricey. I got a few things done at Vision. Overall I was really unhappy with it. My pedicure was expensive and they didnt even use a base coat before applying the nail polish. My haircut was a funny disaster. I told the man who cut my hair that I wanted my hair about an inch shorter but in the same style I currently had. By his own volition he decided to pretty much keep the same length in the back but make it super short in the front. He spent a long time cutting away very minuscule amounts, too. And the result? My hair looks like it came out of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Well I saw the negative reviews here and I have to say I was very surprised. Now I cant comment on the spa aspects because I go for one reason. That is to get a haircut from John the owner. Now John is one of the best around for mens haircuts. Its a little more expensive than you would ordinarily pay at Haircuttery or Supercuts, but Ive always walked out of their with a perfect haircut. John is also a very nice and friendly person to chat with. If your looking for a great mens haircut in the Manchester, CT area go to John, youll be glad you did.

Absolutely horrible. Just look at the CT Judicial website to see cases filed against this salon. Two cases of burning/scarring girls scalps beyond repair. The first case was awarded $50,000 in damages, and the second was awarded $89,000 in damages but the salon has NOT PAID A DIME! I am very close with the second girl who was scarred here... she will not EVER grow hair on the top of her head. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

This place is so unprofessional. I booked a trial hair appointment a few weeks before my wedding and the manager hadnt scheduled anyone for the appointment, so I had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to actually show up, who, judging by the way my hair turned out (hideous), wasnt actually a hair stylist. Obviously I cancelled the appointment for my actual wedding day...who knows if they even would have showed up for it?

I discovered a black and blue mark near the corner of my eye near the bridge of my nose. When I asked to speak with Lynn who did the facial I was told she had left. Owner was not very helpful. My friend also had a 30 min massage and was left waiting on the table for 45 minutes. Very poor customer service. Our manicure/pedicure was above average. Will never go there again.

terrible haircut, they cut my hair DRY after shampooing it, she thinned out the bottom making it look super unhealthy and when barely trimmed any layers that I had asked for. Hairdresser did not speak almost any English and gave me a huge attitude when I was asking what she was doing. My hair looks HORRIBLE.

I was very disappointed. I asked for nothing off the bottom, just a trim of my layers. She cut 2 inches of the bottom and the layers look awful - all of the hair in front is gone. Dont go here, youll get butchered.
