March of this past year I had my 3rd Cervical Fusion, my story of spine issues is not typical, and it is something I have suffered with in chronic disabling pain for 15 years since 2001, when I injured my neck at only 21 years of age, I am now 38 years old. After both of my first surgeries I was unable to do pt, I was seen at several top of Boston pt centers, and I always had to stop being treated due to the exercises causing so much pain I could not tolerate them, I was dreading pt again after this now my third cervical fusion with rods and screws drilled into my neck bones, after this last surgery I did a three week stay at Spaulding Hospital in Charlestown, I was especially dreading more pt, now because I am a single mom of a very active 6 year old. Latitudes Jessica of Peabody SPTI has helped me in ways I never thought possible, she was able to see what other pts were unable to see, standard textbook exercises for neck fusion like chin tucks were not something I could do, but she thought out of the box, and said lets stop them and try this, ok lets tweak this, she did not give up and by far surpassed the top pts at Spaulding. It has been a rough road, there has been a lot of pain, swelling and sleepless nights, but I have been able to complete a full course of pt. My range of motion in my neck is better then it has ever been, my neck now moves more after my third fusion then it did after my first due to her program. I began treatment in June and I am completing treatment this Friday in January. Latitude has become a second home to me, being treated twice a wk for months. The staff here is wonderful,.Jess is a top notch professional she is dedicated to her career, and her patients, she is a great person who knowing my history took extra care in explaining things to me that made all the difference on those painful days. SPTI /Latitude is very blessed to have her caliber of professionalism. I will continue to refer people to this establishment, it has changed my view on the possibilities of pt, in such a positive way.

Rubin the sales guy called me and said best deal yet. $49.99 all the other fees waived... Best time to join. I said $49.99 no other fees? He confirmed three times on the phone. I arrived to sign up and paid the $49.99 ... As I was looking at the receipt. I noticed it was $5 prorated and then $45 for an initial conultation. I questioned him about it and after 45 minutes it was finally revealed that there was a $45 initial training consultation, $5 prorated for the remainder of the month... Sept 17 thru the 30th Then $49.99 would be billed less that a week for the month of Oct. So really the price was $49.99 per month for the membership + $45 mandatory training consultation, + $25 annual fee. I told him to return it because its not what he told me on the phone. He said I wasted his time. Wait ... I was your time? I took time out of my day to go to Latitude to pay $49.99 no other fees. Rubin you wasted my time! You went through a lot of trouble to hide the $45 mandatory training fee. Good thing I checked the receipt and clarified. Sneaky guy. Sketchy guy. You know, the fees arent reason why I didnt join... I didnt join because of the unethical sales practices. I wish I had the whole thing on GoPro because it really was quite unbelievable. 100% sure hes going to say I misunderstood. Fact: he told me $49.99 all other fees waived... Confirmed it 3 times. Rubin is about 2 deadlifts away from sending scamming emails, recruiting for a new ponsie scheme and/or committing wire fraud.

Horrible gym. The only reason they keep this place open (and it shows) is that the Salisbury location makes up for it in spades. Staff, conditions, facility...all of it is so much better at any other location they have than this. Do your research. Plenty of articles out there about tons of cases where locals are breaking into cars. Theft. And yet the gym is fine they just take memberships and post signs that your car and locker are your problem not theirs. There are so many other gyms that are not such a high target as this for criminals. Do yourself a favor and find something else.

I have been a member of the Peabody gym for about a month and I am blown away. I have belonged to all the "in" gyms on the North Shore and Boston area for more than 30 years. There is nothing that comes close. I dont care if you are a bodybuilder, competitive athlete, or just trying drop a few pounds. The variety and quality of the equipment is 2nd to none. You will never get bored. I have found the staff to be friendly and professional. Granted its not cheap as gyms go, but as with anything you get what you pay for. For me its worth it.

Rude unprofessional staff, they think they are above you! General manager Christian never calls members back to handle issues! no respect shown for members and I speak for many, we are your bread and butter! I get treated better at the Y. Cars get smashed windows, items stolen from club Parking lot. Club does does not care! Canceling my membership! Lattitude is a shallow expensive club...go to the Y u will spend less for same workout!

Awful gym, awful staff , tried to bill me on an old card when I already cancelled the membership, awful customer service, overpriced and overall a waste of time.
