This has to be one of the worst gyms I have ever been to. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest gym to where I reside and its 24 hours, which is convenient for my work schedule. The staff here are all very lazy . They stand around the front desk conversing with one another like its high school and dont even pay attention to their own rules. Posted on every corner of this gym it states "Do not wear work boots, jeans, large jewelry, do not bring gym bags on floor, re-rack weights" so on and so forth. What do you see? People dressed in jeans, people wearing work boots, some guys have on huge chains and are dressed like theyre going to the club and there are gym bags on the floor. How can you have rules, but not abide by them? What is the point of having staff when they are not enforcing the rules? And for the gym being clean or people re-racking their weights the only person I see actually doing their job to keep the gym clean is the housekeeping staff other than that everyone else is just pointless to have around. Also there are times when my boyfriend and I have gone and he goes over to a machine and some person will come along and rudely say "Im on that machine" but yet theyre also on three other machines. Please tell me how that is fair? your body can not be in three places at one time. Do you think the staff speaks to these people? of course not. Then you have the group of people who set up shop right in the middle of everyone by the mirrors and train like theyre trying out for the Olympics. They are also using every machine and theyre doing activities of which should be performed in an open field such as a soccer field instead of taking up the whole gym so nobody can get around them. Whoever runs this gym needs to seriously think about their staff and rules and also look into updating it because its less than satisfactory.

Over all its a good gym. Gets the job done there are things that bother me but i over look them because the reason i am there is to work out not perfection. Most of the staff keep to them selves but i have encountered a couple staff members who are extremly rude when i asked them simple questions. In the women shape room seems like no one cleans up after themselves i literally pick up brown napkins from the floor that dont belong to me because it disturbs me when im trying to do my execersies and my feet are slipping on napkins that were left behind. lastly tey didnt have a weight scale and when i asked for one the front desk receptionist gave me a attitude and told me that a member took the scale thats why they dont have one. I understand its sad that someone would take a scale but i shouldnt have to be held responsible for someone elses action. I pay a monthly payment to be at a gym that should be fully equipped mind you the next day they put a scale next to the front desk. i mean i go daily and get my work out done so at the end of it all its not all that bad.

I joined this establishment over a year ago. I canceled my membership in May of 2017.I went to the Brockton WOW and upon requesting my membership was given a form with instructions on how to cancel. I called the telephone number on the form and was told to fax this form to them. I faxed this form to them the same day from my office fax, to make certain the fax went through. Work out world continues to withdraw the membership fee from my account. Unfortunately I am unable to find this form to confirm the fax number. The manager Janice who I spoke with was not very understanding and proceeded to tell me that I never canceled my membership. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. The problem remains to be unresolved and I have no other choice but to place a stop payment with my bank for which I will be charged to do. WOW is a scam and I will not recommend anyone to join this establishment.

Large airy clean a well organized gym, robust inventory of equipment, large and well equiped mens locker room, great parking, ample cold bottled water and vending machine, friendly multi-cultural hardcore athletic environment, and most of all a friendly staff well managed by a strong and friendly manager... this place is NOT for the weak or silly troublemakers...serious place to shed pounds and pack serious muscle...within the last two years I have achieved a harmonious fitness level; whereas I have lost 37 pounds transforming to a solid 162 pounds of muscle with OPTIMUM fitness level for my age (60)...went from size 42 inch waist to size 33...from 10 pull ups for one set to 60 pull ups for one set...great physical symmetry...managed my existing health conditions with combo HIIT techniques...and achieved superior strength...all for $ 10 USD month...just mind your own business and work out...

Its alright, if you dont mind the strange feeling of someone watching you at all times. And Im not talking about the staff, either. The mens weightlifting section is directly facing the treadmills/bikes/ellipticals. Which makes it uncomfortable for people like me who dont like the though of being watched while their body bounces in ways Im sure you know of. Thankfully there is a womens weightlifting section that I can go into if I feel tired of feeling watched. Unfortunately, there is only one type of every machine in there, unlike in the mens section. So if someone is using the Ab Curl machine, you MUST wait until they get off. Bathrooms are decent, I suppose. There are actual showers you can go into, although I never use them. Its always clean for the most part, but the lockers are really dusty inside.

I think that is something they could improve. The staff like hanging out together and arent much to work. And the only people who really work there are the cleaning folks...everyone else doesnt really appear to do much. I asked for help and was told the machines were self explanatory..very disappointed Everyone on the staff is super lazy and does not stand behind their word. I was sold a plan with the possibility to upgrade to silver at any point I wanted. Second, I came to add my wife to the gym when I was told I need a contract to up grade. They lost not just one member but two. The staff and specially the manager was extremely rude. I will never recommend W.O.W (Brockton)to any of my friends.

You get what you pay for, for $10 a month you get a gym that has a good amount of equipment but the womens weight room was a joke, the ceiling was leaking constantly and there were sections of the ceiling that really needed to be replaced. As for canceling your membership it was a pain, the customer care center must have 1 rep because when I called I was caller # 15 and had to wait forever, then they have the nerve to state that you can leave a message but when you do, the message states that if you are canceling your membership you must speak directly to a customer service rep, what a real pain, I really dont know why they call it a customer care center when it appears to be just 1 person!!!
