Hoy día miércoles 02/08/17 en este lugar fui a tendido por una persona con el nombre de Noemí. Que me atendió de una manera tan pedante, mal educada , sin respeto , da un mal servicio. Mal actitud ,malhumorada. No sé por qué trabaja atendiendo los clientes si no tiene la capacidad que debería tener para atender bien a los clientes es una lastima encontrar personas como ella !!! ........... Today on Wednesday 02/08/17 in this place I was laid by a person with the name of Noemi. Who attended me in such a pedantic, rude manner, without respect, gives a bad service. Bad attitude, sulky. I do not know why it works to serve customers if it does not have the capacity it should have to serve customers well its a pity to find people like it !!!

I signed up knowing this was going to be bad but I didnt expect it to be literally denied entry to the gym. My bank account showed I had already paid my gym fee I went in and they said it was overdue but thats impossible its already come from my account and my balance reflected that. Needless to say I was denied entry after paying so I just cancelled since Im not giving them any more money to not use my membership. These places only make money from people that forget they have the membership. Im actually trying to workout and Ive not set off a link alarm and I dont have any prescense of gymtimidation so this was entirely an issue of their billing/computer and their lack of effort to retain my membership.

Gym is disgusting! Showers run out hot water in 5mins, toilet seats slide off, toilets stalls doors dont work, urine all over the bathroom floors, sinks have no soap, only 2 sinks work, locker room is trashed and a lot of things broken, showers never get cleaned! They literally have dead bugs on the shower walls! Lost a shower shoe once while taking a shower there and had athletes foot for 5 months! Buckets of candy at the front desk and the gym isnt really 24/7. I transferred my membership to a much nicer planet fitness. If you ever go to real planet fitness youll never want to visit this dump!

I have one complaint about this gym the members always hog the machines and dumples sometimes putting there stuff and going to other machines while still hogging the old one, so in short they act like they own them and when we ask for a spot they dont let us even when they are not playing the machine we want

Just called there 10 seconds ago to ask about a day pass and the girl began asking me questions. "have you ever been a member of planet fitness before?" How did you hear about us"? When I said "everywhere" the girl said "sir these are questions I just have to ask"! I laughed and hung up!

Someone not even a member some how got into the locker room and broke into mine and took my car keys its sad Tha anybody just walk in there and do this I reported and call the cops but it was useless Im so disappointed. Tha you dont feel secure not even when you working out

Weights rarely get fixed... I doubt the AC works so its usually like a sauna in there. The mans restroom has grime under the hand dryer ... It was washed on years day and thats the only ive seen it clean.

It has its benefits. They have plenty of workout stations, but, they dont have a unit on how to stretch and they only have tanning booths but no sauna or steam and the lockers are pretty crappy

I just went to this gym with a few more friends, the the treatment that this girl called Noemy have us was just the worse! We have to leave the place because of her bad attitude!

Its just bad... But again, you get what you pay for. Dont expect taking any showers in the place, for they are the worst ive ever seen.
