Waited for 65 minutes with my wife and 22 month old before walking out. At 5:45 we were told 15-20 minutes. So we didnt wander far, I stayed with my daughter while wife shopped for shoes for about 12 minutes. When they waited in the waiting area 30+ minutes after we were told it was another 10... then I asked again and was told 10-15, after I complained to the hostess that was what I was told 30 minutes ago she apologized stating that a bunch of parties came in etc etc. I told her that people who were showing up after us we being seated before us... she didnt care and only replied saying that the wait was now over an hour and then turned to another couple and said that the wait was 30 minutes!! Wow shameless to lie to these people just to get them to stay and drop money there. So I corrected her and left. I will never go there again. Not worth the money, not worth the hassel

We came in around 5 PM , and to my surprise, there was actually a decent amount of people eating.........there was a short wait though. Until the hostess leads the way with your menu in hand I ordered a salted caramel cheesecake slice which was just okay, my wife got a banana cream cheesecake. Next time Im hankering for a Chocolate Cheesecake. needless to say.Its the chain, quality is as expected.... Im definitely thinking that I wont be back any time soon, but coming to Cheesecake Factory is like a going to the Zoo, fun to do just once in a while.....

Worst place ever to go with your family.Definitely over rated. There short staff and try to fit so many people in a small section. Your literally sitting with strangers. Unfortunately for me it was two girls fixing thier bras and doing elaborate selfies in my area. On my daughters biryhday. If you dont mind sitting with strangers and waiting 30 minutes minimum for seating this is the place for you. It was beyond ghetto. Not professional at all. Except one waitress and the manager. Other then that the cheescake was good. Thats why i give it one star.

I am quite surprised to see that this restaurant only has 3.8 stars. I have always tasted great food here and the portion sizes are enormous! For this reason, I believe the price is very reasonable. The one negative I can say about any Cheesecake Factory is the wait for a table most of the time. This is not their fault though. There is a wait for a reason, everyone loves this place! If you saved room, dont forget to try some of their cheesecake. I recommend anything with peanut butter.

It was disappointing to say the least. We arranged for my son and his friends to celebrate his 18th birthday there. They waited over 2 hours for their table because the night manager would not ask 3 business men who had been there 2 1/2 hours to move to the bar area. This is a common practice and most people would be happy to accommodate. Actually, I really think they just didnt want the "potential" hassle of waiting on teenagers. I will not go back and neither will those kids.

The last few times I have been there they have been horrible. The service was terrible and multiple times have gotten our appetizer after we have received our entree. Also after ordering food the server coming back 15-20 minutes after ordering our food to tell us an item was sold out or they did not have the ingredients at the time. Causing one meal to come out long before the next. Most likely will not go back and I was a frequent customer.

I always have an almost identical experience at every Cheesecake Factory, and its always been a positive one. Huge portions, an almost too-huge menu...but big, delicious salads with fresh produce. And must I mention the gigantic slices of different flavored cheesecakes? Anything with Oreos or peanut butter is a must-try! Its usually super busy and noisy, but if youre in a booth, youre really in your own little world.

Consistently great food and service. They have the absolute best thai chicken lettuce wraps! My sons miso salmon lunch was a very generous portion and delicious. The drinks are awesome! Normally I also get a piece of the amazing cheesecakes but since my bday I had a large cake at home. They brought me a cup of ice cream/whipped cream/hot fudge and all sang happy birthday to me! I love it there!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurants. Their portions are sometimes too big.... thats why I stick to the Skinnylicious menu. The portions are just right. When I feel like having a bigger meal (or having left overs for the next day), I get Pasta DiVinci. The only thing I dont like: the long wait to get a table!

What else can I say,I always try to go to a cheesecake factory if im near one. Like a moth to a flame. Food is always excellent. Service was nice,but a little to talkative. Althought it was nice to find out he vacations and hunts near my hometown. Dont let that hold you back from a cheesecake factory. Ive NEVER been disappionted yet!

Friendly waitstaff and great food. Even your pickiest of eaters can find something they will enjoy here! Our waiter took all food allergies seriously. I was delighted to see that the menu marked items that could be made gluten free. My family and I will definitely return soon.

went for the first time in 2 years and quickly remembered why....the cheesecake is all watered down.. sugar, not cheese.. pumpkin cheesecake overwhelmed by canned pecan pie filling.. food... ehhh ever had a bad cheesburger?? here.. like wendys.. all grease..

The seating process needs to be improved. We had atleast 5 parties seated before us even though they checked in later. Food was not so great. Spicy food is not at all spicy. Tiramasu cheesecake was not as soft as we expected. Food portions were good.

I have to admit, I went here with high expectations and was left disappointed. The food was just good, not great. The menu was random. The variety was nice, but nothing really hit home. On the plus side, the Godiva chocolate cheesecake was excellent.

The only negative is that I had to remind the server repeatedly on drink refills, more bread, etc...Not quick.... Food is good. Portions are hearty. Prices are slightly inflated, but what are you gonna do? Cest la vie.

Ive never had a bad meal here. Try the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and add bacon! The French fries are great. The skinny menu is pretty great too! Try the Greek salad and steak medallions from the skinny menu. Good stuff!

Excellent gluten free options. Ive had the double burger several times and the fish sandwich is wicked delicious too!!! Dont know where you purchase the gluten free buns from but they super good.

i love that the menu and the cheesecake. the restaurant however is too noisy and so large that it never feels intimate. Both times i visited the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and forgetful.

Food as usual was good but server not so much! Paid no attention to is at all. A meal that should have taken 1 hour at 5pm took 2. Will not go back to this location again!

I called during 3 oclock in the afternoon and was on hold for 20 minutes. This place is a disgrace to make you wait that long. If I didnt have a gift card Id never go again.
