I would like to respond to the below comments/review given to the White Apron for this particular event. My sincerest apologies to you and your wife for experiencing a rather awful time and unreasonable interactions with servers, during one of the most important magical days in your lives together as a couple. I would like you and anyone else who reads these reviews to know that since your event took place last year, there has been a significant server change to where the service is of the highest quality one can recieve in the Seacoast/Lakes Region/Souther Maine/Nothern Mass area as well as the presentation and flavor of food served is top notch, creative, made with local ingredients, and made by some of the most experienced chefs in the area. The newer staff is experienced in ensuring the day you envisioned comes to life and all little things are taken care of in a professional way. They have been around events occurring the the local area and across the country, where service was #1 and all know how to make someones day extra happy and smooth. I welcome you and your family as well as friends in attendance at your wedding, to please utilize the White Apron again for another planned upcoming event- baby shower, birthday celebration, anniversary, business outing, etc and you will be very glad and most pleased with the results of said event. We recently used The White Apron for our wedding reception. We had heard great things about their food and all of the prestigious events they have catered for on the seacoast.. The good- the flavor of the food was good.. The bad- a lot of the food was cold and they ran out of certain entrees fairly early on in the night. (we had stations set up at our wedding.) The worst part about the White Apron was their servers.. A few guests saw the servers in the catering tent eating lots of food as it was being platted; maybe thats why we ran out of beef so early on during our reception? Also, their servers tried to steal the leftover wine from our wedding. We, as in the bride, groom and our parents, provided the alcohol for our wedding because of our "unique" venue along the seacoast. After the wedding their servers were spotted trying to load extra cases of wine into their cars. Thankfully these severs were caught... I do not recommend this catering company to anyone. I especially do not recommend it to couples celebrating their wedding. Good food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding and they did not live up to our expectations at all. We have heard nothing but complaints from our friends and family that attended the wedding. Save yourself a headache and spend your money somewhere else.

We recently had The White Apron cater a wedding rehearsal dinner for our sons wedding. From the initial planning with Victoria Nakis, through to Chef Jay Curcios presentation and preparation of the many courses/dishes, EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL. The servers working with Chef Jay the evening of the dinner were all professional, courteous, and helpful. The only reason were giving The White Apron 5 stars is because Google wont give us the option to give 10 stars. We give them our highest recommendation and look forward to an opportunity to use them again.

I used the White Apron for a birthday luncheon. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The front office was extremely attentive and accommodating and graciously customized my desired menu. The food was delicious and the presentation equally as impressive. The servers were promptly, extremely helpful and left my home as clean as it was before the party. Their help allowed me to completely enjoy the party while knowing my guests were well provided for - highly recommend this caterer!

I have hired The White Apron on a couple of occasions for the purpose of catering sizeable, business, breakfast meetings. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company. From helpful staff who fully answered my questions about menus and logistics, to the talented folks who prepared and presented my selections, the process for could not have been any simpler and the results could not be any better. I will most certainly call them again~

Was at event all week. Each day lunch was catered by The White Apron. The salads where great, the entrees were good. The fruit platter and desserts where awesome. Hope next time I am back they are catering again.

Wonderful! Food was delicious and plentiful and I was especially thankful for how accommodating they were to gluten allergies. Highly recommend The White Apron! They were wonderful to work with!
