They have messed my order up 3 times with the rapid pick up. I called once to have it fixed and the person on the phone assured me it would be fixed when I came to pick it up. It was not fixed. When I called back again the man that I spoke to was very rude. They did offer to fix it for me with two free sandwiches. When I went in to pick up those two sandwiches the manager was rude and passive aggressive and would only honor the one. I wont be going back there and I would suggest looking at your order before you grab your rapid pick up.

Called in a breakfast sandwich, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. But when I get there to pick it up, 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it turns out that no one even made it!! I was told the egg machine is turned off & they could make me something OTHER than what I ordered. I wasted 45 minutes of my morning for this, now Im late to my college class & I dont even have the breakfast I ordered!!!!!!!!! What a joke. Safe to say I WILL NOT be back

Good food... better of the healthier chains... clean place, always enough parking, friendly staff. More expensive than typical fast food but its expected for a primarily organic and fresh food spot. I got a kids Mac n Cheese, a cookie, and a full figi Apple chicken salad. Almost $20 bucks with no drinks Inc. Just be prepared to pay. Otherwise, good times.

Ordered online today for rapid pickup as they advertised.... After waiting 45 mins at the place, along with many other customers in line, not only did we get very pathetic couple sandwiches but also we got a part of the order missing. Didnt bother calling back because it had been now more than an hour by the time we got back home. Very disappointed.

Every employee, young, old, male, female, anything in between, they are extremely courteous, very welcoming, always friendly, and make me feel like their big brother. Did you know sometimes they change the coffee even before its empty? I didnt. Now I do. It smells so fresh in there!

Placed phone order for chicken Ceasar sandwich picked it up got back to work it was chicken Ceasar salad, not a big deal ate it anyways got to the end of it found a shot black curly hair Im hoping was from a beard, regardless I was disgusted

If things on the menu didnt sell out so much the freshness would be less believable I guess compared to small batches meaning extremely fresh baked goods. If my wanted items were not commonly sold out this would be an easy 5 stars instead.

I love Panera Bread, took my best friend here for a bite to eat. The food was delicious the only thing wrong is they forgot chicken in a chicken cesarean salad but it was fixed when I brought it back up to the counter.

Not enough staff on in late afternoon. Had to wait forever to give order as all were busy taking phone orders. Great food as usual but dish return station was so piled up with dishes that there was no room for more.

So slow! Ive been waiting for a bacon turkey bravo for over 15 minutes, and the gentlemen next to me has been waiting 45 minutes for his food. This is ridiculous.
