I ordered a steak tip salad from nicks pizza on 01/28/2017. When I received my order and I opened it I was received 3 small pieces of steak, I contacted Nicks and continued to explain how unhappy I was with my order. The manger by the name of George was very rude and disrespectful. I was in the middle of sentence when he decided to hang up the phone on me, I called back and asked him if he hang up the phone on me and he stated “YES”. This is not how customers suppose to be treated. I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treat and George (Manger) was okay with be being unsatisfied. I would never order from them again and I would not recommend anyone to go there. Sincerely Unsatisfied Customer

Great subs! Stuffed full of your favorite bits. The roast beef is outstanding. The absolute best eggplant parm sub Ive found on North Shore. Then they have the add ons that not everybody stocks like banana peppers & fresh cucumber. Terrific calzones too. V nice ppl run the joint. Clean, well lit, good prices. Its hard for sub & pizza joints to differentiate themselves without going all exotic & $$$, but Nicks does it right. BTW, there are a bunch of shops called Nicks one-thing-or-another kinda like what happened to Rays in NYC, but THIS is the one you want - just a half block NE of Montserrat MBTA commuter-rail station.

Was sent to Nicks by a homeowner for a free lunch (Thanks Donna Wright) the staff was very friendly the owner came to our table to meet and chat with us very nice man!! The greek chicken salad i had was AMAZING! thank you for your hospitality! If im in the area again ill be back!!!

Great cheese steak. Try the steak bomb with cheese. A small sub is plenty! The roast beef is really good. I love the roast beef with cheese and sauce. Good portions for the money. Friendly service. I like the owners. They always say hello with a smile.
