First and Foremost, JF Auto is far more than a simple part changing location as indicated by a previous posting. John is probably the most trustworthy auto technician (and shop owner) I have met so far. Speaking from vehicle service as well as employment (previously worked for John), I have first hand experience on who is who. I have worked at two other MAJOR auto repair chains in Quincy, and JF Auto is by far the most honest and capable. Flat rate timing is not of an importance here. Customer satisfaction and trust is. John is a good guy, and is very knowledgeable when it comes dealing with quality work and client satisfaction. Part changing is easy, but JF Auto knows that understanding how to fully diagnose vehicular problems while systematically alleviating further discrepancies is imperative in the repair industry.

Wonderful neighborly service station , only been here twice since moving to houghs neck ...both times very impressed I had an emergency tire problem , they took care of me immediately , almost half the cost of what the station up the street quoted me when I accidentally called them as my smart phone thought I was near them. I would absolutely go back to this station , very friendly and neighborly, good service and they are reasonable prices

I agree with you, D4549!!!! These guys dont have a clue. All they do is change parts. I could do that in my driveway. If you need real mechanical work done, ie electrical, head gasket, or anything that takes real mechanical skill, theyll send you somewhere else. All they do is brakes and ball joints. Bunch of "parts changers", thats all they are!!!!!
