I would never go back to this place again for service. They serviced my car which included Oil Change, All fluid top off, Tire Rotation & Wheel alignment. 1. It was Wednesday evening and they serviced my car by around 5:15 PM, I drove back to home and noticed one of the tires doesnt have a bolt on it. Called them back and call goes to voice mail, drove back to them and noticed shop was closed by 5:55 PM. 2. Next Morning when i go for same problem to be fixed, there was other guy who says They forgot tell me about this, Lug nut snapped of when they were working on it. I am wondering how could they forget, How come these guys dont forget take money for service provided? 3. Coming to fixing the problem, I am not sure if he is the owner but that guy said there are many bookings and he cant get it back to me if he takes it now since i wanted the car by evening. Then who am i supposed to go? I am not sure even if they rotated my tires. 4. Now here comes the problem, I ask him am i supposed pay for these? and what i get is you are responsible for your bolt and if a bolt owned by you breaks while we are working on it its your responsibility to pay for it. I asked a quote, First he says he cant take it right now and then says even if he takes it go into hours of work, he might end up spoiling my rims which he might have to replace if required. So finally i am seeing about $100-$500 bill for for lug nut which got snapped while mechanic was working on it. 5. He suggests i should go ahead with my 1000 mile trip which i planned for next day in the same condition as they dont have time or resource to fixit. That is his professional suggestion. What if i run into flat tire on my trip? I am not sure if he thought about it also. 6. Finally after couple of check in youtube and other sites i went to a tyre care centre for help on this. Mechanic just came said let me try opening the wheels if its simple i will try to fixit, if not i would let you know a quote to get it fixed. In ten minutes he comes back say, you are all set, i have put a new lug nut and your bill is $10. Here are higlights i would say about meineke on southern artery of quincy - 1. No commitment to customer when it is really required. Especially even after i had 3 consecutive services with them and referred few of friends to them. 2. Cant rely on them any more with respect to expertise or experience. 3. Not true enough to quote a right price or right service that is required. Regards Rajenesh SK

My a/c was blowing hot air on one of the hottest days in July so far. I called and spoke with Chris and told him that I had a coupon for a free a/c check. He told me that since my car is blowing hot air and I had a hose replaced a couple summers ago, that they would need to do another type of more in-depth check with ink to see if I had a leak anywhere. He told me to come right in. When I got there, the receptionist and he were very friendly, patient and sympathetic to my situation and got me right in. He told me it would take about an hour for the test and in just about an hour he brought me back and showed me what he found out. I indeed had a tiny pin hole leak in one of my hoses that was visibly chafed. He told me the price of the hose and that it would take about 2 hours to replace. I walked home and waited for the call. When my car was ready Chris told me that he would send someone to come get me so that I wouldnt have to walk back there. When I got back to Meineke, my bill was about $35 less than what he first quoted me. I appreciate how they took care of me and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. My a/c now gets ice cold right away and I couldnt be happier with my first ever Meineke experience. Will recommend them to anyone. Lori Ps, the big dog was very chill and friendly too.

This Meineke location is replaced by NEW REMODELED Miserable crew. I had been a customer of the old Meineke crew that was in this location and now it is replaced by unprofessional and they not seem to know what they are doing from the guy at the desk to the guy who seems like a Manager? I had a terrible experience with them and I went back thinking it is the same old crew but when I walked in i was surprise to see the new faces and I should have walked out right then. They were very unfriendly and I am not going back to that place AGAIN ! I would rather go to dealer and pay more money then go back to this place. I am very busy person with 2 kids and usually I do not come to write reviews. But I had a terrible experience with this new whole crew. I thought to save you guys from your time and money. Take my advice go somewhere else....may be other Meineke location but not this one. This place is 3 minutes drive from my place but I would rather drive to different city then go back to this location which is 662 Southern Artery, Quincy. Trust ME !!!!

Complete scam. Charged me over 200 for a battery I saw at Wal Mart for 60...Then I found a receipt in my glove box and my wife had changed the battery a month before and didnt tell me but the battery was fine. Told me I needed new brakes (as well as the two other people who came in while I waited...EVERYONE needs batteries an brakes at Meineke). Took to my dealership my brakes were fine. A year later I changed back brakes and took back out of curiosity less than a month after changing. They said I needed new back brakes and guess what...a new battery! Avoid Meineke (or at least this branch) at all costs. You may think theyre nice and giving you a deal, theyre just doing unnecessary work and scamming thousands of dollars out of you. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Positive reviews posted by Meineke probably or people tricked by the big smiles they give you.

Id always had oil change with them until my car had a problem with windshield fluid that wouldnt come out. I asked them a simple question "Can you fix it?" They said they would first clean the tank for a charge of $51 but wouldnt guarantee that it would fix the problem because it may be the motor that would cost a couple hundreds bucks. So, who would want to waste $51 if the problem cannot be guaranteed to be solved? One thing made me so upset is that I actually talked to the owner over the phone who also told me he just wanted to get his technicians paid and was mad at me because I didnt let him get money out of my pocket. Then, when I went to pick up my car, he didnt even say a word but made a face on me and gave me my car key back. I will never go back to him or another Meineke again. So disappointing, and unprofessional!!! Be careful!!!
