Recently I visited Mass Tire for the second time. Each time I had an object in the tire of 2 separate vehicles. The first result was to purchase a new tire, the second was a repair due to a slow leak caused by a nail. On both occasions I walked in with out an appointment and was met and treated as if i had been a long time customer. I felt very relaxed during both entire processes and very satisfied with the expeditious and quality service. I live in Weymouth and used to be a customer of NTB but all my business (other than Dealer required maintenance) will be at Mass tire and I am recommending them to anyone needing any attention to there vehicle.

The quality of service is always top notch, going into a service center where the counter people remember your name & your vehicles history is very much appreciated. The time my car had to go out & it was going to be a few weeks in for service was going to be a strain for my wife Susan, but Kevin arranged for her to have a loaner car for the entire time our car was in the shop. And it was a very nice, clean, comfortable car as well. I trust Kevin & Derek with all my cars & will continue to for a long time.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - needed Mass state inspection, belt replacement, brakes checked, and battery terminals tightened. Did all well, but most importantly they drove me home (Braintree) after I dropped the car off and came and got me when the car was ready. Their brake inspection - "they look great - just a little dirty, and we cleaned them (for free)". Usually I get some kind of crap from mechanics that I should consider replacing this or that .... Will definitely return.

Whenever Ive had a problem they quickly to diagnose it, explain it and offer repair options. Most important to me is that theyre honest and treat their customers with respect. JOB WELL DONE. I HAD A FLAT TIRE AND ARRIVED W/O AN APPOINTMENT. THEY FIXED THE FLAT PROMPTLY AS WELL AS DOING AN OIL CHANGE THAT I REQUESTED. WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK, NOT ONLY WAS THE "DONUT" BACK IN THE TRUNK, BUT WELL SECURED IN THE WHEEL WELL WHERE IT BELONGED. MUCH BETTER THAN JUST "THROWN IN THE TRUNK" AS MANY OTHER NATIONAL CHAINS HAVE DONE WHEN I GOT SERVICE THERE.

Amazing is the best word to describe the folks at Mass Tire and Auto in Weymouth. I have had them work on both me and my wife vehicles and would recommend them to Family , Friends or anyone one else. My Camry has never drove better and my Wife is very happy with her Buick.
