Joe couldnt have been more Condescending, Dismissive, and Matter of Factly on the phone when asking about availability of the storage units! He seemed more concerned with turning away the business than doing business!!! Granted they were Sold out, but he didnt have to respond when I asked if it was true, and his response was "you really catch on quick, dont you"?

Joe, the owner, was very helpful in both scheduling my storage unit, as well as receiving the truck after I had moved. He was understanding when I needed an extra day to clear out the unit, and worked with me in a very friendly and personable way. I would highly recommend the Swansea Mass Uhaul.
