The movers were amazing but the customer service you need to speak to is a complete and total incompetent adult who clear has no business answer any question for the customer. I wanted a simple answer instead i receive an unclear answer and how i should ask. If she is going to be working in a office and picking up her phone may be she should clear when talking instead of mumbling and as a common courtesy you ask.before putting on hold without their knowledge. If you want future business Im more than positive the current customer rep you have will kill the business you have. I was about to tell my current military associates to use your business for them to relocate but after speaking with the lady, Im pretty sure I dont want my friends to go through the same hassles.

These guys were great. The representative gave me a time window, but they were able to accommodate the exact time I asked for. I asked for 2 movers, but they sent 3 at no extra cost. They were professional, fast, and careful. No smoking outside, or lingering around. They packaged our entire apartment and moved us in no time. Just know, they will charge you extra for each roll of tape and mattress covers. Other than that which surprised me, no complaints. I highly recommend Aviv for anyones moving needs.

What a pleasant experience of moving. From Saida, who very professionally and politely helped me with setting the move to 4 movers who showed up the day of the move to CT from MA. All four worked hard; never took the break. I will use them again to move rest of my stuff. I strongly recommends this company to any one.
