I came into this location with major problems with a last minute housing deal collapse . My builders wife of 36 years stuck my house in her arm and my new house had liens beyond believe . The house closing collapsed 12 hrs before we were to sign the papers . It was the worst day of my life and Daniele gave me GREAT advice and major comfort on the first day . The second day I had the comfort of both Daniele and Allyson . These 2 are smart young ladies and should be listen to because they have good Knowledge of bad situations . They had me laughing at my sorry situation and continued to offer good advice . What sweethearts these girls are ! Listen to them because they deal with these stupid situations all the time . I would do business with them again in second . I am sure they are under paid for there superior knowledge in the storage industry .

We all know the rates for a reasonable storage in the winter seasons are over the roof. I was overwhelmed by finding a good rate for a storage during my online and in-store visits in quite a few storage facilities. I finally came across this facility on main street, Brockton. I couldnt believe how soon I was relieved off stress when I talked to the facility manager "Allyson". She has a lovely and friendly personality. She is very understanding. She listened to my needs and offered me a great rate, which I took immediately. She showed me the storage and I liked it. She is very polite and outgoing person. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a storage. Great deals and professional staff who want to help and care. Thank you Allyson.

I am writing this review because I am a very satisfied and happy customer. The girls at Brockton public storage on Main Street have always gone above and beyond to help me with suggestions , tips on storing and donating items and just overall friendly happy people to deal with. I leave there premises always feeling that I got the utmost attention and courteousness. Allison is my personal favorite at public. Always welcomed me with a smile and small talk. I walked into the Brockton facility inquiring about storage and I was met by a very positve, upbeat pesonality by the name of Allyson. She was very informative as to my options at her facility and asked me about what I had in mind to store so, she can better fulfill my needs as a potential customer. In my experience I was introduced to a variety of sizes of units at such a low cost thanks to Allyson being such an informative employee. Although, today I regretfully declined Allysons intriguing pitches to get me locked in today, I do plan on being back in February after being informed of what Public Storage can offer my needs.

Really great place! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I always store my surplus college supplies here so that I dont have to lug it all back to New York and I have been more than satisfied with my experience each time. Recently I spoke to one employee, Omara and she was extremely nice and helped me locate a rug I had left on the property in less than 15 minutes! The services here are excellent, and I would highly recommend storing your items here.

Every year I get a card stating that your goal is to provide the best customer service, and you hope youre living up to my expectations. Oh and by the way your rent is increasing. When are the storage rooms going to change. Its not like it has a closed overhead and heat and air condition. I continue to move spider webs and rodent turds every time I enter. What about making those changes through out the year if you continue to increase the rent.

The facility was clean and security measures made me feel good about leaving my stuff there. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone. Allyson helped us to secure a unit that would accommodate the off loading of an 18-wheeler into our unit. She was professional and knew how to contact and motivate the right people to clean out the unit in time for the delivery of our household goods. First time renting. Made reservation online the night before and Andy called me the next day to make sure I was coming in. Got there and he was so busy he didnt even have lunch but took care of everyone including me and my husband. On the tour we didnt like the unit and he was so good in finding us another that we were able to use. Thanks so much Andy.

So I had a few things in storage at the Brockton location and I dealt with Allyson who was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I left happy. I highly recommend this location and seeing Allyson if you ever need a place for storage. Conawa helped me with the rental of my storage unit yesterday. She was able to answer all the questions I had, and even made recommendations of your products that will keep my items safe, such as a sofa cover, of which I purchased two. Great sales skills! I moved some items here because its the best price for clean and safe storage. The nice bonus is that Allyson the manager is really on top of things. For example, despite 30" of snow two days before move in, all the ice was cleared from from the lot and into the units...a huge job considering the record amounts of snow we had.

Stopped by to check out some spaces. John was very helpful. Im not moving until next month but wanted to get a feel for what I was getting into. He showed me a few sizes and told me what I needed to buy to pack up my stuff. Hes a very smart guy who knows his information. Very impressed with this place.
