I have never had to use a storage facility before and was surprised at how easy it was. I called Extra Space and went down to view a unit. The staff at Extra Space was very helpful and made the transaction quick and easy. The rates are affordable. They were having a special on the units with 1st month free. The units are well lit and the area is very clean and easily accessible. I had the unit a little less than a month when I realized I had to upgrade to a larger unit. The transfer was great! I was given the adjacent unit which allowed us to move from one to the other effortlessly. I was given the move-in special again. I cant thank the staff for the quick and painless transition. LOL

I was very impressed with Extra space storage. They really went the extra mile in helping my husband and I have a positive experience the day we moved our stuff in storage. For example, we ordered a storage unit and on the day of move in, we realized it was too small. They where able to accommodate us with a big unit in minutes. I was very impressed with that. They also took their time in explaining everything to us. They did everything in a timely manner and I felt very good about leaving my belongings at Extra Space Storage.

Great place to have your first experience with storage needs. In my case, were getting the house ready for showing prior to relocation. I had great service from both Sean and Rick -- Sean to explain the services when we dropped in to check the place out one Saturday, and Rick when we showed-up a couple of weeks later to move in. So far, ExtraSpace Storage is a home run - good prices and great service!

Ive never used or had a storage space before now and had some concerns and questions about it.The manager Rick was great. He made the whole process extremely easy and quick. He made me feel confident about storing my belongings without worrying about somthing happening to them too. Im happy with my decision to use the space and will definitely use them in the future.

Honestly the BEST storage place to rent out. The staff is extremely polite, understanding & they have the lowest rates compare to any storage place around the area. Other than a slight problem with billing when I had to change the card that I was using for auto-pay, Ive been very happy with my service here. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and its easy to get in and out of here with any manner of vehicle.
