I was impressed with my experience at this facility. I made a reservation on line and someone called me right away to make an appointment for me to come in. George was very friendly I could not pin down an exact time and he was very flexible. This was very helpful since I was stressed about moving and had a nice person that was so accommodating. I came down and made my reservation it went quick and smoothly. Everything was explained in detail to me that I needed to know. The facility was very nice and clean. I am very particular about having my things clean and was very comfortable having my stuff stored here. On the day I moved in the manager, Erik, was there and was very helpful. He was very accommodating and helped me with everything I needed. He consistently did this through the time that I rented there. I noticed that he went above and beyond to help to all the other tenants as well. I was very happy with my overall experience and would rent there again. I definitely would recommend this facility. It is also right off the highway and very convenient.

I wanted to take a moment to give a big thank you to Tanya at Extra Space Storage on Montvale Ave. I usually deal with one of the gentlemen who work there, who are equally great, but this time when I came in I needed some help switching my unit from a 10x20 to a smaller 10x10 as we no longer needed the large space anymore. Tanya (who I believe usually works in the Everett location) happened to be working there that day. She couldnt have been more helpful! She was speaking to a customer on the phone when I walked in and I was immediately impressed with how friendly and personable she was. While helping me, she was friendly, professional and efficient. She got us switched over seamlessly and answered all of my questions quickly without making me feel rushed. When all was said and done, we ended up saving over $200 a month! The facility itself is always clean and well lit. Between the great location, safe and clean facility and great staff, I am very happy with Extra Space Storage and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my friends & family.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Extra Space Storage in Stoneham, MA to anyone who is looking for an extremely friendly and accommodating location to store their items. From the initial phone call all the way to signing the lease and beyond both Dennis and Wayne have provided exceptional service always with a smile. I had searched many storage locations in the area before making the decision on this one and nothing compares to the wonderful customer service this location offers. It is so refreshing to find a place that is clean, well lit and has exceptional employees!!!

Facilities are clean and well-kept, and certainly in a convenient location. Dennis himself, however, was extraordinarily helpful and a pleasure to work with! He was courteous in demeanor and pleasant to chat with explaining some of the finer points. He showed us around the facility, where each of the multiple entrances and elevators are and other small details. He was very patient even when the computer systems were glitching out on him, and he still got us taken care of expeditiously. Dennis is the man!

I was totally suprised by the security, professionism and helpfulness of the staff. I rented a until many years ago and this was totally different. We were escorted to our unit and were helped by one of the staff with moving our first load of stuff on the furniture cart. The unit was clean and the area around it was too and halls were well lit! The last time I rented a unit I needed flashlight just to get around the halls. I would go back again if I every needed to store stuff in a storage unit.

I have a space here and have had itfor the last 5 years. The place here has always been clean and neat. I appreciate that, also the people here are very prompt and very helpful. I cant tell u more how much the two men who work there, I believe there names are erik and wayne, I loved here and I will continue to rent my space here. I jus wanna say thank you for being so kind,clean and polite. I would advice everyone who needs a space to come here.......

I went in because the prices online were great.Once I got there the prices were different. Those units online were "no longer available ". Plus they add an additional fee for "insurance" The only reason I signed up was because I was about to have foot surgery and was running out of time. But less than a year after signing up they raised the price and they have doing so often. Cant wait to get out of rhere!

Every time I walk into this store Im greeted by either Wayne or Dennis with a smile. They are always willing to help me with packages or what ever I need. The location is absolutely pristine at all times. I would highly recommend this Storage Location to anyone. Along with its Great location you can always count on the employees. Such a helpful staff!! They are amazing, I used this facility for the first time last month and couldnt be happier with the experience I had. I accidentally made a huge mess with my belongings while at the front counter, and a handsome bald man came rushing over to help me! My hands were so full he even offered to carry my stuff to my car. Highly recommend it here. Clean units and cute and friendly staff!

Im very happy with the service and facilities. I just rented my second unit because the value was better than other competitor storage companies. The rental price is good, facilities are well kept and clean, and the staff are quick to return calls, and helpful in determining the right size unit for my needs. Hopefully, I wont need a third unit but if I do Ill use them again. Highly recommended.

Wayne and Dennis were friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I wanted to know the best way to store an entire leather set for my client. They informed me to do climate control, easy access, and secure. I accidently left the lock unlocked and they called me right away. So , you know they keep a close watch on your stuff!!! I have to say Dennis and Wayne are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are always so friendly when making conversation, will call to inform me within 5 minutes of a package being delivered and are always available/reliable to answer any storage questions I might have. I highly recommend renting a storage unit from these two at such an accessible and affordable location!

Compared to other storage places I have rented this place is the best. Its always clean and up kept. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I never have any issues and questions are always answered quickly and without hesitation. If youre in the greater Boston area I would strongly recommend using Extra Space storage.
