My company has had various units at this facility, starting with a single 4x6 unit three years ago, to our current 18x23 monster unit. But no matter how big or small our unit was the service has always been top notch! Ray and Bill are the two main employees who run the location and are always around eager to help. If you are looking for a storage unit for your company this is by far the best & most convenient facility in the Boston area....after hours access, drive-in bay, 2nd bay in the rear, ample parking on the street, and best of all if you get a lot of shipments coming in and you cant always be around they will accept them and put them in a special unit where you can pick them up when its convenient for you. Theyll even ship packages out for you! Ive had units at a few other storage facilities in Boston in the past but none have even come close to the service and professionalism you get at 235 N Beacon!

I first looked into Extra Space Storage online because of their First Month Free offer. It seemed too good to be true so I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable associate who confirmed that it was, and it has been so far. I reserved a unit for a month with a $10 deposit and then began the rental 1 month later when I paid another $19 for insurance. Yesterday I moved most of my things in including a very large, very heavy pull out sofa. Ray the associate on duty was kind enough to offer and to help my boyfriend take the sofa off the truck. He was also quick to recommend a good moving company when we said that we would not be moving that sofa ourselves again! So, so far so good. There is still the last leg of the move to go and the finalization of the rental agreement. I am sure closing out the rental will go as smoothly as it has so far. Overall great experience!

I am in transition between apartments at the moment and needed a place to store all my belongings. I called a several storage facilities before chosing Extra Space. Extra Space was the most affordable, and in a conveinent location. The staff and manager Don are great! They are so helpful and friendly. The facility is really clean and there is a loading zone so you can pull your truck/van right into the building. The storage units are open early and late. The only down-side would be if you are looking for temp. control facilities - I do not think it is offered here. I would totally recommend Extra Space Storage if you are looking for a storage unit.

I have been a customer of ExtraSpace Storage at this location for the better part of a decade and have always been impressed with both the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. Always clean and with great security, I cant recommend them enough for anyone looking for both long-term and short-term storage needs. I was out of town for all of 2015 and I never had a concern about any of my things being damaged or stolen. Im about the move my stuff out for the 3rd time and I ever had to use storage again, Id come right back here. Thanks to Jim and the rest of the staff for always making me feel welcome and appreciated.

Shocked at the lack of respect the "on site manager" has towards the customer. Ive been there 3 days and he was yelling at me and "warning" me telling me I was there too long?!? What? I wish I had known this before I gave them my money, looking into the public storage a couple blocks away, nicer facilities/units and the employees arent disrespectful towards the customer. Ive used Extra Space before and have never encountered someone like this. Also beware of the fees they can charge whenever they feel like it, youll only notice if you ask what each charge actually is. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, for any reason.

When I went to the unit I rented, there was a lock already on it! Because the office was closed, I called their emergency number. The emergency number said they could only help if there was a flood or fire and couldnt do anything if I couldnt access the unit! How could they not have an emergency contact for these kinds of situations? They said I would have to wait until 10 am the next day to call the general service line. I only had a U-Haul for tonight and cant rent another one this week since this is the week 80% of Boston renters move! This has been a nightmare situation; DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE!

This place is the best! Great gate hours (late night, early morning) secure access with code.. And when i get deliveries (which is basically every week - large pallets of stuff) they put it away for me!! So easy, convenient and great access to highway. Street parking or drive up covered loading dock. Dumpster access. Jim and Alexei - manager and assistant are great always helpful and willing to lend a hand - great customer service. Would highly recommend this location!

Incredible customer experience. Both Kyle DuFresne and Alexzi Rodriguez helped with getting me setup with a storage space last minute, guided me through the process with a great deal of patience. They greet me with a smile every time I have an question or issue and have even gone out of their way to assist wherever possible. I give them 2 thumbs up for having patience, understanding and ability (and desire) to assit their customers to the best of their ability.

I have been storing with extra space for years now and couldnt be happier. I use my unit for business and the management team there is awesome. Kyle is the manager and hes great with customers, always willing to lend a hand. If youre in the market for a storage unit, this place is a good spot. They are also conveniently located near the pike, storrow drive and 93 so its pretty easy to get to from any direction.

I have been a happy client of this storage warehouse for over 10 years. The employees are courteous and always available to help. Our packages that are delivered are put into our units and the facility is well maintained. The dumpsters are emptied on a regular bases and disposal of waste is never a problem. After down sizing to another apartment I had to find a storage space. Extra Space in Brighton had competitive prices and they had a website that was user friendly. When I arrived at the office I was prompty attended to and received help choosing the correct size space. Overall, the customer service was amazing and the facility is safe, secure, and clean! I would highly recommend this storage center!

Great experience!! So easy, clean, and safe. we signed up last week and have been a few times since. We got the first month free and Kyle helped us get a bigger and better unit for only $1 more each month. Kyle was very helpful and showed us everything we needed to know. Easy access with a garage you can pull right into and use of the Dollys makes it seamless! Would definitely recommend this place!
