Roslindale Self Storage and its employees, especially Cesar and another guy, went out of their way to help me. I eventually needed 3 units, and they did their best to get the units close together. I was in the middle of moving into 2 units and needed even more space, and they found it, and set me up in minutes. The location and the units are well-lit and secure, and there are even restrooms. There are ramps and dollies for easy accessibilty. My only suggestion is pest control: I found some mouse droppings in 1 of my boxes, and a roach ran out of another box. I do highly recommend Roslindale Self Storage because the employees are super helpful, and the price is lower than others in Boston.

I fell into arrears last summer and they were willing to help me find a workable solution to pay off my owed rent and keep my valuables. Cesar the Property Manager is one of the nicest, most professional people Ive every had the pleasure to do business with. Safe, secure and clean - I highly recommend Roslindale Self Storage.

This facility was comfortable, easily accessible and has a bathroom for customers. We were treated very well. The only problem we encounteted was that the door to the loading dock was occasionally fussy, but the management office took care of it.
