Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, informative, courteous, friendly, patient...ah!...whats the use; any attempt to list the many great characteristics that describe Lisa would be an exhausting endeavor...a joyous one, nonetheless. So, stopping just short of saying that shes irreplaceable, I can say without any doubt - in one word! - that Lisa is indispensable...a wonderful lady, and a great person! Again, if my Public Storage experience could be defined in one word, that word would be Lisa! We only run into a few in our lifetimes. Valuable, precious!

Firstly, the manager Lisa is very friendly, helpful, humourous, and thouroughly professional in her demeanor and how she executes the business of setting you up a unit and making you glad you chose here. Bathrooms are always well stocked, clean and trash is empty when she is on duty, which is important to the whole public storage experience. Mostly well climate controlled, unless it is super cold like now and comfortable to work in when you have alot to do in your unit. All in all, a worth it choice of this location and excellent management of the property!

Lisa of Public Storage is awesome! She was proactive in getting me in there for an awesome showing! Lisa greeted me at the door with a warm smile. I brought my 21 month old son with me and although he was a little standoffish she kept at him by including him in the whole process (as he ran around the whole place knocking things over a little, sorry about that Lisa!). Overall great experience especially since I am a repeat customer but this go around the it was much more memorable. Thanks again Lisa!

Recently rented a unit here, had a really great experience. The location is convenient, the units are clean and most of all the staff here is just fantastic. Courtney checked me in - she walked me through the whole process, explained everything clearly answered all my questions. I was in a bit of a rush and she was really efficient and accommodating about everything, she made the whole process transparent, easy and quick. This is the best storage rental experience Ive had, would highly recommend!

All good - what one would hope for and expect of a storage facility - FIVE STARS - Lisa and Lamond @ the PS on Southampton Street in Boston knew their business - were informative - precise - friendly and business-like. They were helpful and knowledgable of their facility and our needs. The place was clean - had carts - was well lit - temperature control worked - our storage items were as we had left them. I can recommend it - and would feel confident using this facility again.

I was in time constraints and came in told and spoke with Lisa and she gave exactly what I needed for what furniture I had. Fit my needs to the Tee. I went online that day and booked my storage unit, came in paid with Courtney and was all set. The reason Im telling this is because I was going through some bad times and I needed some changes in my life and I needed something to go smoothly. The staff was friendly and courteous to me when I needed it the most. So thank you.

Lisa whom first assisted me on my first visit was extremely helpful. She gave me a tour of the place and helped me pick the perfect unit. She was very cheerful and polite. My second visit Lisa was there along with Shakora. Shakora kindly waited as I got organized and assisted me with a bright smile and helped bring my anxiety level down due to this being my first move. I came back a 3rd time and they were just as pleasant as before. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I walked into Public Storage needing some moving supplies, I was greated by Lisa who had a smile on her face. She was very knowledgable about her supplies, she helped me pick out the proper boxes for my stuff. Lisa did explain which boxes I would need for my belongings and she even helped me carry my boxes to my car and assisited me with putting them into my car. I will highly recommend this Public Storage location for any of my friends who are moving .

The Public Storage on Southampton is not only convenient, but the customer service is great. Lisa is always so helpful, and when I was moving an entire house from the west coast and had to store until my house renovation was complete, she helped to get me in two additional units so that it would be easy to get in and out. She is always helpful. I still currently have a unit at the location, and feel good about being able to truly trust the staff.

I looked at every storage unit facility in the area. I chose them b/c: - Great Access Window (6am to 9pm daily) - Open YEAR ROUND!! Even on holidays!! - Easy to access units from loading dock - Easy to access from Boston (Right off 93) - Competitive Pricing - Very friendly staff The property manager, Lisa, listened to my business needs and helped get the unit I was looking for. Highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

The best public storage around. First of all, the staff is the best staff youll meet around here (Ive met most of them). Lisa is amazing, helpful and even has gone head and shoulders above the call of duty to help us out. Courtney and others in the office are very professional and helpful. I recommend this place if you care about customer service, security and good reputation at unbeatable prices.

These guys were awesome. Had to prepare my place for sale and stage the house, so these guys were my one stop shop. Super helpful, they got me everything that I needed and had a clean facility - super convenient. They even let my 18-month old daughter wreak havoc in their showroom and didn’t freak out. Lisa was super helpful and super responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend!

This particular storage company was great. Lisa and Lamond are great were great and they really made the process quick and easy. The property and storage space was clean, dollys and carts were always available, and no hassles with the gate code. Again Lisa and Lamond were above exceptional in their customer service. The staff here is excellent! Very kind and respectful. Lisa took care of us. She Let us look at different sizes of spaces the see what worked best for us. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor. The place is very clean and had everything we need. I would definitely recommend this place. Also they are running a promotion for a 5x5 storage space for 1$.

Lisa and Lamond were amazing! I have had some bad experiences with storage facilities, but this place is literally perfect. Super easy, great facility, great staff that was super helpful and friendly. If you are going to use a storage place in this area you MUST go here. Pricing was way lower than expected too, I really cant say enough good stuff about these guys.
