This is a very good location to store your stuff. The staff are the best. I needed space quick fast and in a hurry. So I contacted a few storage companies in the area and they did not pan out. I selected this one because the first months rent was only a 1.00. The next thing that happened is that I selected a certain unit on the internet to rent and when I met with the manager he offered me a cheaper one with the same amount of space so I saved a lot of money by going to this location. The staff has very positive and friendly attitudes. They are very cooperative and they were waiting and ready to help. Make your move easier by giving them a call.

Omaira and Rick did an excellent job explaining how the storage runs in terms of if I should take my stuff out now to avoid additional Charges and every other conditions in the agreement column. I really appreciate their feed back because they were calmed and patience and make sure I understood my decision before I make the wrong decision. If I were the BOSS I would have given them a raise. Rick and Omaira are hardworking guys they are patient and ready to explain to you till you are satisfied. These two staff are really good employees that will make this company live as far as they are there. They both deserved a better pay raise.

I really enjoy the pleasantness of the staff at the Public Storage in Hyde Park, MA.They are no nice and easy going. They are Very helpful in giving you assistance and guidance in helping you to pick out the right storage space that fits your individual needs. They Do Not try to sell you something in order to make a profit. They help you to save money. They try to accomodate whenever the need comes up and within reason. Even in a stressful, painful situations, they calm you down and be of assistance. Thats why I personally always come back to them. They should be given a reward or some sort of special recognition!.

I received a call 45 days after first placing my belongings in this facility only to find out that I had not locked my unit correctly. When asked why wasnt I notified sooner, I did not receive an answer except that the person responsible for checking twice a day, had not done their job! Needless to say, I was angry! Thats 90 inspections and not once did that person notice my lock was incorrected installed-give me a break! The facility had a broken back door, their are mice traps on the floor and I will think twice before recommending others to this facility.

i went into the public storage at hyde park it was my first being in a storage facility, didnt know what to expect but after talking to Amaria i understand quickly what it was all about, she gave us atour and explained everything in details iwas impressed , even if i wanted to change my mind i couldnt because she was so convincing, the place is clean and very easy to get to,iwould recommend this storage to everyone who is interested,Rick is very friendly and funny too, great staff. keep up the good work guys!!!!~

Danielle was very detailed and thorough . Although She was training Annie, Danielle was very patient. Annie was great for a first timer. She handled her self very well. The both of these young ladies were wonderful and made things easy for me. Also through out my whole experience Rick also has been very helpful and supportive. All these guys are awesome..! Rick was very helpful to me as I started a storage with him about a month ago. He was very clear, and seemed to care about my needs as a customer. I went back a couple of weeks later with my mother in lae and was lucky enough to get Rick again. He was again very helpful and even came out to the truck to assess what we had in order to see what size storage unit we need. Great service and safe storage

Very respectful attendant they try to accommodate every body to there best expertise. I have been an existent customer of public storage of Mattapan before with the south Hampton location and now with the River st location either one is best, like I always say you want respect treat people with the same respect you want to get back and thats what their all about.... thank you guys

As a first time renter of public storage my experience was awesome.. Rick was amazing, he explain everything to me and I left feeling my personal items would be safe. My storage door got stuck due to my bed frame falling Rick fix it with no charge! If your looking for storage place this is it.... My God Bless all staff and family member of Public Storage. i abosuletly hated rick customwr srvice i had to even call the police he so rude told my mother he does not want her ass kissing. she was giving the ass hole a compliment.i would never never recommend river st until Zach gav me called being concern he listened and with his excellent customer service skills he mad me think twice about using he service thank u Zach was awesome

Rick was pretty cool and upfront about everything. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because the gates were broken on the one side of the property and anyone could walk in. Also i wished i could have had 24 hours or just longer hours to because the closed at 5 or 6 every day and i worked 9-4:30 I couldnt make it to my storage unit.

Rick, the attendant/manager, was exceptionally helpful. We needed a tool to disassemble a bed frame in order to fit it into our car. He was very helpful and spent 15 minutes searching through his own tool box to help us find what we needed. He not only took the extra time and effort to help us, he was also happy to do so. Moving can be a very stressful time in ones life. The staff at Hyde Park public storage were so helpful on so many levels. In a world were auto or voice mail is taking over , it felt good to have human contact to conduct personal business with. The staff didnt rush me and made sure I was clear with the whole renting processed world.

I have used three different Public Storage facilities in Boston for storage of the company promotional items and Ive have been very happy with all three facilities. Public storage is just a well run business and a good name thats been out there for a while. Thats what drew me to them and the nice facilities bring me back.
