My son stored 5 boxes and a wire shelf rack for this summer. They provided free boxes and tape to pack up, and then scheduled pickup on the day that so many people were moving out of the dorm. The most impressive thing about this was how well they communicated on the day of pickup. We received an email early in the morning giving us an updated status. Then we received multiple text messages and calls from the driver when they were on their way. Terrific communication!
