i joined uncle bob in December 2014 it was reference from a friend i reserve the room which was small cant fit a studio bedroom in there i ask them for the truck they said truck was reserved from the time i got there the truck was seating the whole time the office closed the truck was still with no one using it now come the funny part i suppose to pay 59.00 half of December so i decided to pay it in January when it would be a whole month not knowing $15.00 was added on the 59.00 and another $25.00 added after the 21st of the month when ask the clerk he said is all done by computer okay now i got an email fro them saying my total will be $ 213.00 as of January 1st i show up the handed me bill for $418.00 which a $115.00 was added because auction fee which no auction took place the clerk told they had to send certified letter stamps print papers i said Wow i guess uncle bobs stick it to the consumers all i have seen in my bills is fees fees fees take it or leave it customers service sucks the clerk didnt even know how to explain these fees to me the place has no climate control, room are small, then advertise another word you get behind one month they sell your stuff DO NOT USE UNCLE BOB STORAGE ANYWHERE THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND IT WILL BE THE THE LAST I SHOULD OF WENT TO U HAUL WHERE ITS LOCAL AND IS ABOUT HELPING THE COMMUNITY THEY ARE SERVING

Ive been with uncle bobs storage probably a Lil over 6 years or more to which I would like to say I experience nothing but the best level service from then till now. When I moved in the process was smooth an easy I was handled with the best care an knowledge they had everything I needed and even offered a moving truck to handle the job. Ken pickerelli and Mike giannangelo are two of the best grounds keepers. They are very efficient, friendly, and courteous and are always happy an available to help with any problems or concerns. Having my property stored here is as good and safe as being in a family members garage and I wouldnt think to store anywhere else. Thanks Mike an ken!! Keep up the good work.

This place is awesome. Mike, the assistant manager, was extremely kind over the phone and even nicer in-person. I was able to secure an unit within 5 minutes of my visit and get all the info about monthly payments and insurance. Im a new customer, so I got a sweet discount. A very pleasant experience for a first time storage unit renter. Thanks for the awesome stories about storage unit auctions Mike. And I love your Godfather ring tone.
