WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I needed to reserve another UBox for a move from MA to TX because I was given a poor estimate on how many I would need, so I called these guys as they were the last ones in the area with an available box. After reserving said box I scheduled it to be loaded the next day. When my movers came to pick it up they didnt have it available, and I couldnt schedule another pick up until the following week because of my schedule. This has set back the shipping date by a full week. Im almost to TX now and my stuff hasnt even left MA. When my movers went to get it the following Tuesday it was not ready yet again. I called the manager who was quite rude with me and after trying to convince me this was my problem and not his, he loudly guaranteed it would be available the following day. Once again my movers showed up and it wasnt ready. I called the store again and the manager refused to speak with me. When I finally got him on the phone he once again denied responsibility, telling me that my guys showed up late when they were there hours before uhaul was scheduled to close and then after all this he angrily hung up on me after making a less than sincere promise that everything would be ready today. Im now left to hope that the guarantee they made today will actually be honored. Darren Spriggs should not be managing this place. No one who is that bad at managing their establishments scheduling and reservations should be a GM, especially if they dont have the customer service skills to deal with the fallout from their own mistakes. NEVER RENTING UHAUL AGAIN! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

I will leave a zero star if i have the option. I had such a horrible experience with u-haul customer service. I have been on the phone with them for more than an hour to figure out a solution, while their attitudes were rute and impatient. They left me a voice message and asked me to call back. When I did so, Rita was rude and said " you dont need to call us. Why do you call us? what do you want?". I said I just did as in the message, i thought U-haul has something for me to know. They talked to you as if you were the stupid one who wasted their time by your stupid call.

It all came down to customer service. I was very pleased with the speed, professionalism, and courtesy that I received today. I was in and out in less than 6 minutes. There were no surprises or unexpected fees. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Horrible customer service. Everything we asked for "they didnt have" or couldnt do . Told us prices without even checking license or anything . Wouldnt recommend it. Go to the ones in the city .
