My entire experience was a breath of fresh air!! I had been calling around looking for a storage facility to store my RV and was getting discouraged and quite honestly upset at the way I was treated by some of Uncle Bobs competitors. When I called the number listed on an Uncle Bobs Storage facility at a different location I was connected to a company in Upstate New York who handles all of the on-line reservations for all of the Uncle Bobs facilities. I thought to myself...here we go, but I was treated with respect and was quickly advised of the nearest location that had availability to accommodate my RV. I had spoken with three different reps and all three were very courteous, professional and all went out of their way to assist me, including a call to the storage location to get an answer to a question I had. The following day I arrived at store #517 and was promptly greeted by Chris Roy. Chris was very friendly, professional, courteous and he truly made me feel valued and respected as a customer. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my storage space and explained everything openly and honestly. I had several questions that I didnt even have to ask because they were covered by his thoroughness. In addition the facility was very well kept and was protected by all of the security systems that one could hope for. I strongly recommend Uncle Bobs storage, especially store #517. We had moved our stuff from the Kingston location to the Danville location after having numerous problems with the manager in Kingston. Chris Roy the manager in Danville helped us out so much. We were so relieved after dealing with the other location. He even jump started our car for us. He made everything easy and helped the best he could. Id absolutely recommend this location.

Great facility, friendly staff and good rates/promotions. Establishment is clean and has everything you need to help you move and store your items, from locks to moving boxes and packing tape. Also place is secure and manager lives on site which gives you a better feeling that your cherished items are going to be safe. Highly recommend!!

This storage facility is immaculate and very well staffed......I have been using it for around 8+ years and they are always prompt and look out for your best interests..........super clean.....well lit.....great security and a well stocked store for your moving and storage needs !!!!!

ive been here for several years. this place is the best not only did chris make my move from one unit to a larger unit seamless. he bailed me out and helped me when i locked myself out of my storage unit. lifestorage and chirs have gone above and beyond. many thanks ron.
