Terrible customer service, terrible policies, terrible hours, terrible facility. Cancelled my account and moved out as directed and they continued to bill me for two months following my cancellation notice. When I called to inquire about the charges, the associate on the phone was terribly rude and barely gave me the opportunity to speak. The hours are not convenient for anyone who works a normal job during the week. Because the storage units are attached to the back of a restaurant (which Im assuming is owned by the same family) there is always a horrible stench that completely overpowers you upon walking in. I will admit the price was decent for what I was looking for: just a simple place to store some empty boxes, however the service was completely unacceptable and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

They are the worst. The building flooded several years ago and I unfortunately did not have the insurance that they suggested. I was however never notified of the flooding, I had to read about it in the paper amost a week later. When I went to my unit there was mold every where, they did say that they would offer to clean my dresses (Wedding Dress) and several other free of charge. They were never returned to me and are no where to be found. I called in August to close my unit effective Oct 1, 2009 and was never told it needed to be writing. They asked for my phone records to prove that I had called to close the unit. They have yet to return my $65 deposit or the $65 over payment that they received. The owner and his staff are crooked and should be ashmed of themselves! DO NOT USE THEM!

I rented a space over the phone, but when it turned out the hallway leading to my unit is too narrow to move furniture through (I think a lot of the space is like that), I cancelled, before I ever even moved anything in and a week after I signed the contract. Even though I cancelled on the first of the month and never even used the space, they insisted on charging me for the entire month, simply because they can. No one was willing to look at the dimensions of my items to help me figure out in advance what size storage space I needed, and no one called me when my movers arrived and were having trouble. All in all: lousy.

Have used this place for well over 10 years, never had any major problems. Its barebones, but good. Was built 100+ years ago as a storage facility, and only about 5 years ago built an elevator. Yes, it has 5 floors. Hours are not very convenient for working people, but they *are* open on Saturdays and one evening a week. Regular staff is good, Saturday girl not so much. They have units of many different sizes and prices by cubic foot. Parking is a bit of a problem, but they do have a back entrance with some spots and a huge garage door, and many large flat-bed carts to haul your stuff.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! When I left, they would not refund my safety deposit (they said they would mail it to me and never did). Also, even though they told me multiple times my contract was terminated, they continued to bill me. The result .. I have a 2 month charge + a late fee and no security deposit. Basically, the owner lied to me. This business is unprofessional and unethical!!!

Clean facility. Access only 9am - 5:30pm Monday through Saturday. Tuesday open until 7pm. Parking spaces are limited. Conveniently located in Brookline village.

Bare bones storage facility... hours make it tough. Closes at 5:30pm every day except Tuesday
