So far my experience at this location has been nothing less than spectacular! Not only do I get the best bang for my buck, the staff are always happy, smiling, friendly, and ready to assist you! As far as value & convenience goes, I visited only one of the many storage facilities on my list to check out the 10x10 as well as getting a better idea how much of a pain in the butt itll be for me to maneuver my belongings To make a long story short, P.S. was second on my list and once I saw my unit I said shut-up and take my money. The reasons were simple, P.S. had 15 ft ceilings while their competitor had 5 ft ceilings. Not to mention it was a drive -up facility (making the unload even easier) and I was saving over $220. I saved so much money, I bought a boatload of boxes and coffee for staff (apparently bought way too much since I still have extra unused boxes laying around) like I won the lottery. When the transaction was complete, I left the store happy- knowing I made the right choice and convinced they made a pricing mistake...but they didnt. Go see for yourself...you wont be disappointed! Great experience so far. I called the main number and was routed to a main call center. The person at the call center was able to give me an accurate inventory of the units I was interested in, promotional pricing, and contacted the site manager Nick to let him know I would be down in 20 minutes. Once I got there Nick had all my info ready and got me set up with a 10x30 in a perfect location for the volume of things we need to store. He took me to the exact unit to check it out before I signed anything. Id definitely recommend calling or dropping by if youre in this area looking for storage. 6 month update - Again, I cant say enough about how good this experience was. Danielle was fantastic and took care of getting us an additional unit in the perfect spot. She was always friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. Weve since finished our move and closed out both units. Overall a surprisingly great experience during a stressful time for my family. If youre considering storage stop by here and see Danielle, shell take great care of you!

I was having a hectic day with lots of things that did not go right, but this was the one thing that was super easy. Danielle was well spoken, so helpful, and most importantly had a sense of humor. I called at 10:30AM and had rented the exact space I wanted by 11:30AM. If I ever need an office manager for my safe company I am going to steal her! No joke.

I visited public storage at this location last week. The customer service here was remarkable. I was told all of the information I needed to know in advance as well as all the steps I needed to take to rent storage. The location was very clean and the managers customer service went beyond my expectations. I will recommend this place in the future.

I was in the Randolph location paying a friend unit, and again met Elisa, Such a bright young Woman. So cheery and helpful. She was very courteous and even listened when i rambled on. I had to write another review, because i always enjoy seeing her. I would reccomend to anyone to store here, you will love the staff here. And the friendliness.

Danielle is amazing her customer service is A+ she is always helpful. If it was not for her I would probably move my storage but she us great. They can use some upkeep and they should clean the units a bit more but overall its a good place and Danielle is great and very helpful.

I am a busy real estate agent and I keep my staging equipment at this location and it seems, no matter what time I go there, the manager is on break!! and I have to sit there for a half hour or more waiting for her!!! Im moving my things out.

I have used a lot of storage type places in the past, I found THIS public storage to be the most courteous, and efficient one I have ever used. I found the manager Danielle to be a welcome delight. I will use this facility whenever possible!!

Tricia was great!! She made the move in process quick and easy. She made sure I knew how to open and close my unit properly and how to put in the gate code. The property was clean and maintained. I would defiantly recommend this place!!

Danielle is the bestest. Excellent service. But regional manager Kerri is a real effen B. I would never rent from here. They do not handle customer complaints well and everything is customers fault. Avoid this place by all means necessary
