I am so thankful to have Selena at Public Storage in Salem. I think this place is great! I was in a bit of a jam as far as secure storage on short notice, and after calling a ton of other storage places friends, family, and business acquaintances had suggested; I just about had it with the whole renting storage idea. Every place I called either no answer, nothing available, too expensive, and/or unprofessionally rude. So.. long story short...I got a super friendly, helpful, kind, caring, accommodating, and understanding(....all at once.... without breaking her smile, no less) phone call back from an online storage unit request I had submitted. Within a half hour that LAST storage unit was MINE MUAH-HAHA!! Sooo.... its my review you guys and gals want fine, here it is in a hand basket, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!, because Selena was great! She put a smile on my face in a stressful time and completely changed my whole day; as long as Selena is there, so is the business of all those I care for. Thank you again Selena for being you and hope EVERYONE gives you the recognition you deserve!

I have been a Public Storage client for many years, they have a great staff with outstanding customer service. I pay my bill in person every mnth and am always greated with a friendly smile and treated with utmost respect and I always have or recieve a story, or 2 or 3 leaving me laughing when I leave, I believe Linda is the office manager if she isnt she should be! With her professioalism and Integrity she has a great relationship with all her guest/clients. Everyone I have ever seen go in there always smiles when they see her. I had a personal issue that needed immediate attention and between the District Manager Fred and Linda they were able to help resolve it! They were awesome and so helpful!! I can honestly say although i live in Nashua Nh I will travel down to Salem MA because of the great customer service i recieve from this site. We all dread when its that time to move, plus the stresses that compile along with it. Storing items and belongings is always a large concern for obvious reasons. Im pleased to share that my experience with Public Storage was a smooth and stress free transition. I was greeted with a smile an felt a sense of ease with the knowledgable staff. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Selena. She is an exceptional sales person and a wonderful knowledgable part of the Public Storage team. I was happy and reassured my personal artifacts and belongings were in good hands. I was also reaffirmed that there was an insurance policy I could take advantage of. That was something I havent been offered at any of the other storage facilities in the area and that was a plus. Keep up the great work and exceptional customer service!

Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the store. Linda and Selena were extremely friendly, organized, attentive and knowledgeable about the business they are in. They called to check and reminded me of the appointment I made and when I showed up, they went over every detail about the location, the units they had to offer and what was available. When I realized the unit I chose was a little too small and far for the bulky hardtop to my Jeep, they knew exactly what I needed. It was a perfect location and fit for the top. From there the application process was a breeze. They thoroughly explained everything to me, took down my information and I was out the door. Highly recommended!

From the first phone call to the appointment to sign documents, the professional quality and attention that I received was above and beyond what i expected. Selena, property Manager, was super. She took the time to explain all the details and to show me all the ins and outs of the place. She seemed knowledgeable and confident about the service she provides. First time ever renting a storage unit. Just moved to the salem area and was greeted by a very friendly Linda. I just got in from a 12 hour drive with a box truck and she was very professional and had all my paperwork ready and my unit ready to go. Could not have asked for a better location. Easy access and plenty of parking, especially getting a 16 foot box truck in and out. Facility is very clean and I felt comfortable storing all my belongings in their facility. If your ever looking for a storage unit in the north shore area, this place is definitely worth the drive for wherever you are coming from.

My experience with public storage has been very good so far. Linda is the reason I come to this place. She knows how to deal with most issues when they arise. She a very hard working employee who makes every thing possible. She is a well liked employee, well mannered, respectfull, good PR. She is loved by everyone, wonderful personality. If there is a Linda in all public storage facilities, the customer satisfaction rate will be 99.9% and this will no doubt result in good business for this company in terms of competition.

From the very first time I set foot at Public Storage in Salem, Ive felt very comfortable and confident with Linda and Selena. They are outstanding, the way they flawlessly operate their store is something to be Amazed at. Several times Ive had issues with my Bank and recently I lost my wallet, which wouldve been a nightmare if it hadnt been for Linda and Selena (the Girls). Because of them I was able to make my storage payment on time every time. Thanks Girls, you have my vote for employee of the month!

Been a customer for years at this easily accessible and reasonable Public Storage. Never had issues with climate control, parking, safety, or my belongings. The customer service is outstanding. Selena and team have gone beyond standard services and assisted with corporate related matters (invoicing/registration), and always resolves them more than satisfactory. You have options for standard storage in the area, but you will not find a more understanding and supportive front desk, than Selena.

I had the pleasure to meet jodanny and kelly. These girls were extremely elegant with excellent customer service skills. The property is well maintained. These girls did everything to help me get into the right size. Although I thought I had an idea what size I needed these girls made sure I took a look at a bigger size and to be completely honest they corrected me. I had a great time while getting storage. Theses girls know how to do there job. Excellent, excellent job. This is the place to go.
