This is my first encounter with public storage and I have to say it was a positive one. Your employee, Jillian, gave me a full explanation of how it works when you rent/lease storage space. She also told me about various options I have as well as the cost. I was given a tour of the facility and shown the various storage spaces. I did leave and return with my daughter and your employee had to repeat everything and re-show the storage spaces again. Jillian was just as polite and patient the second time, that day, with my daughter and I. Jillian is very soft spoken and polite. She is definitely very knowledgeable and has alot of patience. Because of her mannerism and her encouragement as to the benefits of renting/leasing at public storage is why I returned a few days later to rent/lease storage space. This young lady, Jillian is a true professional, a credit to the company and on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the best) she is definitely a 10. Good job, Jillian!! Mr. S LaMonica

I rented a 20 X 10 unit here in January of 2014. Upon signing the lease agreement, I inquired about rate increases. I was told by the sales associate that rates can go up but usually no more than ten dollars in a six month period. Well, here I am six months later and log in to pay my bill. I immediately notice, the rent has gone up $61 per month. I call the local office and are told there is nothing that can be done about the increase from the office, corporate office makes the increase. They are powerless to do anything. I call the corporate office and are told that, I signed an agreement and in that agreement, they have the right to increase rent. I completely understand. However, an increase of $61 dollars is not what I expected or what I was told. That is a significant increase, 27% in six months is not reasonable or fair. I feel scammed and ripped off. Dont let this happen to you, avoid Public Storage. I will search for a new facility with better business practices and ethics.

I want to thank Valentino and Jillian for a smooth experience in determining the best unit and price for what we had to store. Very efficient, accommodating and courteous (which is very hard to find these days). Everything was explained from A to Z - the price, the size of the unit, the accommodating features such as keeping the doors opened so that items can be brought in and out with ease, the correct locking mechanism to use, the auto pay so we are not charged a late fee. My husband and I walked out of the Public Storage in Peabody without any remaining questions - and thats saying something! You have two great employees! You should be very happy.

Public Storage in Peabody MA is fantastic. The storage facility is clean, elevators always work, gates work, there is always carts to carry your stuff up and the lighting is always woring. Valentino in the office as well as the other staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. They really know customer service. Ive had a couple of storage bins through other companies in the past and have always had issues, and this is by far the BEST storage facility around. I highly recommend Public Storage in Peabody MA. Try them, you wont be sorry!

I stopped in this morning to secure a storage unit and was pleasantly surprised at how engaging Valentino and Maria were and every aspect of the transaction was great. Not only is the unit close to my home but access is good and the units were very clean. He even apologized for a cobweb. I wish I didnt have so much crap to store but Im looking forward to doing business with these folks. Great first impression. Kudos to Valentino and his crew.

I must say I was very impressed by the help I received while stopping in the pay my bill at this store. Jodanny was very helpful. The property was very clean and secure. She made sure before I left that I had every question answered and anything I needed taken care of she helped me with. Normally walking into stores I dont see them doing much but she was up and fixing displays staying busy. I was very satisfied. I will be returning in the future!

We just signed up for a 10 X 10 storage space. The experience couldnt have been smoother. Valentino was very professional. He assessed our needs and showed us available units. Once we made out decision, the process was seamless. Valentino explained everything up front so we feel confident we know what to expect regarding policies, usage, billing, etc. We couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Cant wait start using the unit.

I live in a very small apartment and have three children who seem to think Mamas place is where they need to store their things. I rented a storage unit at my complex until it began to overflow. I decided it was time to sever this tie (since I was paying for it) and asked them to find a storage unit they could pay for. We found one and Marlo helped us find the perfect size for their belongings. She was so helpful and Im so grateful.

My girlfriend previously moved into this location. Weve had nothing but great experiences with her storage unit. Even with them not having a certain box that we needed, Valentino sent me to a nearby Public Storage location so I was assured to get the box that I needed. He could have easily said that he didnt have it, but instead he called the other location to make sure they had it in stock! Great customer service here!

Great place ran by great people, Valentino is outstanding and really helpful. i met him only once but every time i walk in he calls me by my first name, i like that. The facility is very clean and up to date.This is my second time having to use public storage and this location is by far the best ive used in over the years.
