Weve had 2 storage units here for approximately a year now while prepping to sell our home. Theresa arranged the leasing of those 2 units and had been wonderful with communication throughout. However, what prompted me to write this review is due to the customer service I received this weekend from Cindy. The day previously we sold our house and were suppose to purchase and move to the new house the following day. The purchase of the new house did not take place, so we were stuck with having to put ALL our belongings into storage, yet werent prepared to do so within hours. Cindy went above and beyond to help me secure a large unit, then when I had to come back a few hours later for yet another unit, she was a pleasure to deal with. She made an extremely difficult frantic time just a little easier. With all the storage units going up around us, its going to be all about customer service!
