My husband was looking for a place close to our home in Kingston, New Hampshire to store our vehicle for the cold winter months. USA Storage was the second place he checked out. Within just a few minutes after talking to the owner he had made up his mind not to go anywhere else! He arrived back home and I then accompanied him directly back to USA Storage. After completing the necessary paperwork I paid for the storage and was very pleased to find out that the first month was free! We have gone back a few times to check the vehicle and each time the in and out access was very quick and easy. The vehicle has been kept out of the elements in a spot which is insulated and we have been able to go in and start it up right away! I have been so pleased with my husbands decision to use USA Storage that I am going to extend my storage time for an extra month! Come next winter we will be back to USA Storage to repeat the process all over again!

Having never used a storage unit before, I was a bit skeptical about storing my personal belongings. After using USA Storage I gotta say I feel great about having my belongings stored there. We have one of the internal units and do not have to worry about flooding or our belongings being damaged. The facility is very clean and well kept. The 24/7 hours are very ideal and the prices are extremely affordable. They will even lend you their moving truck at no extra cost as long as you are moving within a reasonable distance. I highly recommend USA Storage

Im a customer ... I needed access to my storage on 5/11/17.. the gate was not functioning and when I called the phone number it went strait to voice mail.. after that I needed to find alternate storage for my motorcycle .. I pay for storage with them.. I feel a complete failure in my trust with them to hold up there leg of our agreement .. I am currently looking for other storage places that can keep their part of our agreement ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

I needed to rent out a second storage unit after already renting out a unit there already. It was about a month or so after I got my first one and I was nervous because I didnt know if there were going to be very many units left and I didnt want to have to go to a different storage place. Luckily John did have one in the size I needed and because I have two units I am able to pay for both of them together instead of separate which for me is very helpful.

I rolled up to the USA Storage / Plaistow, NH store expecting the same run around - and I didnt get that at all.... To my surprise, an attendant named John completely disarmed me and made my customer experience stellar. I ended up renting the unit for a year in advance and I was awarded with the best price and service in my area - and believe me, I did my homework...I highly recommend this facility and its personnel.

Meet him in person was better, very friendly and professional at all time. Explain everything regarding my unit and how to take good care of your stuffs. Look no further I would recommend this place to anyone! We had to Store things in a hurry and had to find a unit very quickly! After looking at several storage places we decided on here because not only was the unit a very reasonable price but John was very nice and helped us with all our needs. I reserved my unit online, and it was waiting for me when I arrived. John is very friendly and was helpful with the whole process. He took the time to explain how things work to me, and made the whole thing easy. My unit is the perfect size, not too big and not too small, and believe me, I did research- they have the best prices in the area. I am very happy with this facility.

I shopped around before I chose this place. By far the most reasonable prices! The gentleman working there was extremely helpful. Also, if you refer a friend you get $25 off next months rent! Great deals on 6 month and 12 month rentals, 10% and 15% off! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for their storage needs.

This is just a fantastic place to store. Well lit, customer service is fantastic. They offer online payments, discounts, free move-in truck. They have a booth where you can get a storage unit after hours, pay with a card, get your codes to get in and youre on your way to store! I highly recommend this storage facility.
