I could not be happier with my experience with Public Space Storage and my choice to park some my stuff there. I am a professional Magician and much of what I have stored there involves unique props. It was very important to me that I feel my equipment would be safe and well cared for. The location always clean and the staff--always both friendly and professional. Today, I inquired about renting a larger space and the staff on duty--Rhonda and Jason were happy discuss every detail of price, the procedure for transitioning into the new space, etc. They were both extraordinarily courteous and helpful. In this case, it was Jason who actually gave me the tour to see the larger space--but as I walked to my car--I heard Rhonda call after me from inside saying, Goodbye--nice meeting you! That kind of enthusiasm is impressive--as is every aspect of this location.

Absolutely most filfthy and disgusting place I have ever seen. The entire facility is infested with ants roaches and who knows what else. There were bugs all over their carts and inside the unit, which had a 10 inch layer of dust on the ceiling. Stored my items 21 days, spent 2 days cleaning my things off before putting them in my new apartment. Management was no help at all and their insurance is a scam. The district manager is a seriously ignorant unprofessional. The employees sweeping the parking lot sweep everything but the trash and cigarette Butts everywhere. I wish I could give a negative 100 review because this is the most foul storage unit I have ever seen in my life. The one I mystic avenue in Medford is clean from top to bottom. This one made me skin crawl!

Alright, so when I first went to Everett, Mass. I was like "wow, this place is kinda "meh". But when I rolled up to the Public Storage there, I was like "Wow! This place is dope." The associates that helped me and my roommate out, Angela and Emily were some of the most professional and courteous individuals Ive worked with. Emily especially kept her cool when I was panicking on the phone. Additionally, they were able to give me advice on the unit that I had specd out and what would benefit me. In the end, I was able to get a better deal than I would have gotten at the start! So hats off to both Emily and Angela for their professional service and their help with my move in. Also moving in was a snap. We pulled right up to the loading dock and went to town. A+

Its a public storage building that will keep your stuff safe and sound. In my singular interaction with the staff, they were super nice. But past that, things arent good... Ive had my unit here for about 6 months and have come here about 3 times. The good is that I have a unit thats cheaper than most other places around the city. Other than that, the parking lot is too small and somehow always crowded. There never seems to be an available cart when you need it. And while Ive used the bathroom here twice, other members of my group opted to go to the McDonalds for hygienic reasons. If youre just looking for a good place to stash your stuff, this is a good place to consider, but if youre looking for a place to regularly access, you may want to shop around.

Despite the posted hours of availability, I found myself unable to access my property multiple times when attending during said hours. The office would be unattended at a moments notice and I would have no idea until arriving at the location (see my attached photo). Staff was never helpful and called me frequently to upsell me on perks/offers I had no interest in. This might sound ridiculous but I was called three times in one week about a discount on extending my rental one extra month I didnt need. Parking is abysmal. Bathrooms were locked a day my friend really needed one after moving for an hour. No employees were available to help. This was at 1pm. Save your money and time, spare yourself the frustration. This is a horrible location for storage.

I am usually a picky person with customer service and all I can say is how impressed I am with Angela and Justin!! They helped me and my friend with everything we asked! They are kind, friendly, and most of all they are extremely professional. I am happy that l am a customer of Public Storage but even happier meeting them. I wish all customer service representatives were like them. If you need anything in this storage ask for them, theyll run the extra mile to help you. Thank you guys for all your help!! I totally recommend Public Storage to eveybody!!! Best!!!

I am not surprised to see all the great comments about Angela and Jason. These two were very good to myself and my wife. I originally planned on moving into Malden but nobody is ever in the office there. All in all Im so glad I changed to Everett. Angela was very informative, I had numerous questions but didnt need to ask any for she was very thorough in all the rules of the location. Ive been a long time customer of uhaul storage and I never felt as comfortable and welcome as Angela and Jason made us feel. Thanks again to both of you.

My wife has rented here for over a year. We received an e-mail saying there was an issue with her lock. Where we did not understand what was going on and we were worried about our things, we stopped in and spoke to Jason. He was very patient explaining to us exactly why there was an issue and assured us our things are safe and secure. Thank you, Jason! If there is any negatives about this location, it would be that they should have more than one employee working in the office, especially on the weekend.

I have used Public Storage in Everett for 4 years and it has been a positive experience. The facility is very very clean, the operation is flawless, as far as being organized. Adam, of the Everett location is the top person as far as I am concerned. I have called around to different locations for a friend of mine who could not use the Everett location and Adam, by far was the most dedicated to providing customer service with an A+ consistently over the years...

Sooooo....I wont mention any names but went to another storage company and my experience was so horrid I had to move my stuff, upon first making my reservation all the way to my move in, I received nothing but the utmost professionalism from the two managers Jason and Angela. These two individuals are awesome at what they do such blessed individuals! Thanks again, and Id give 20 stars if I could! I will recommend this company to any and all! (Especially this location)

I have had a unit at this location for 5 years and recently I have emptied out a lot of stuff out of my unit so I was no longer in need of such a big unit,Shantae and another employee helped me get a smaller unit inside the same facility.Shantae showed me the different size units available and helped decide which would be best for me.She was patient,kind,and professional and its because of employees like her that I continue to store my stuff at this facility.

The people at public storage in Everett are amazing. Rhonda, chantae, and Jason are amazing. They made me feel so welcome , and like family. If anyone is looking for a storage location I highly recommend public storage on Broadway, in Everett, ma., just for the employees, Rhonda, Chantae,and Jason you are so such amazing people.
