There are other storage companies and locations, but Extra Space is like the McDonalds of storage in my opinion in that you get consistent service and quality. I also previously rented from the location on Bridge St. in Newton when I lived there. Im renting a 5x5 from this location, although I think storage in general is overpriced (especially in summer) Extra Spaces prices are same/better then the other facilities I checked out. What I like best about Extra Space is that they offer plenty of pricing detail on their website where other facilities do not, or are vague about what youre getting. This facility is clean & orderly, the staff is very friendly and professional, plenty of doors so you dont have far to go to get to your unit, this facility is one level so there is no issue of elevator use either. If you need storage in this area this is a great choice.

I have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, specifically the Dedham location. I used to go to Public Storage but I had bad experiences with insects and rodent droppings in boxes at their outside facilities and one in an inside facility. I like the open top of my unit (it has a wired fence, but it is open) so that there is no chance of rodents coming up that way either. The grounds are impeccable, very well kept. no issues. very secure. bathrooms on site. personal code to get in all around the building, first floor access and loading zones. I was given a full tour and customer service by Dale and Paul has been unmatched, superior, and welcoming. I also got my first month free for my 10 x 15 unit. I will definitely go through Extra Space instead of Public Storage from now on!

I am a mover and hope my opinion meters. So, we use storage facilities on regular basis. Storages could be very different one from another. This facility is by far my best one. Friendly and always willing to help staff. Paul is always have a great smile for you. He understand that moving is stressful and he will cheer you up. Facility have many loading docks all around the building. So, I can park truck as close as I wanted to and no waste customers loading and unloading time. Clean units. If rain or snow? This location have two bays that can fit four 26 ft. trucks. So again no wet furniture or frozen movers. Available supplies. Cannot be more satisfied with this facility.

Great trustworthy,down to earth employees.They always make sure you get the best price on your storage,always helpful when it comes to questions,explaining everything and making theyre customers happy.Very clean and secure storage.I once forgot to lock my storage and they actually called me to let me know.Then they waited there for the ten minutes it took me to get there.Making sure no one took my belongings.And another time they saved the day was when they cut my lock off the door when i THOUGHT i locked my keys in my storage.I found the keys in the car later.If a forgetful person like me likes this place a normal person like you would love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Dedham Extra Space Storage facility. Its location right off the expressway makes it very accessible. I especially like the multiple entrances, each with its own loading dock. Inside the facility is very spacious and comfortable. This might seem like an exaggeration until you compare it to other storage facilities. Also, I am extremely grateful for the fact that they accept packages from Fedex and UPS. This is an invaluable service for small business owners like myself. Paul and Dale are extremely helpful and always try their best to help with any special requests that I make. Overall, this is a very professionally run storage facility.

If I were to sum it up in a recipe it would read like this, care, cleanliness, knowledge of productions, willingness to help and resourcefulness, these are the words that come to mind when I think of Dale Cormier and the staff at Extra Space Storage. Being a victim of thirteen crimianl-breakends of my house, had I known about Extra Space I would have most of my valuables today. One additional fact is the acceptance of my packages when Im out of town, is a mega plus! Extra Space comes highly recommended from my house; just think better care of valuables, goods and personal out-of-season effects!

Paul and Latasha are the best! They happily and knowledgeably answered all of my questions ahead of time. Paul also went out of his way to accommodate me when I needed to switch spaces, and made sure that I still got my first month free as advertised. Cant say enough about their professionalism and communication, but on top of that they are also great people. The day that I moved in, they were both so kind to me and my 14 month old who was along for the adventure. Moving is a headache, but they made our day! Thank you!!!

I first went to this storage facility early in 2016. I met with Paul. He showed me around and told me everything I needed to know. I told him I would be ready to start occupying a unit in about two weeks. Two weeks later I called to tell him I didnt need the unit just yet. He said that it was no problem and for me to call back anytime if things changed. It was the service he gave me the first time around that made me go back recently to get that storage unit I now need. Great service Paul. Thank you

This is the best extra space storage in Boston area! This place always clean, secure, great access hours( from 6am to 10pm). Paul always remembers you and asks you what is going on. He is very knowledgeable and will help you in any way possible. Plus this location is one level with like 10 access doors around the building you can use to get closer to your unit which will save you time) I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a great place to store things).

Extra Space provides me with a large amount of convenient and fairly priced storage for business and personal use. The staff is friendly and tries hard to solve issues. When our basement unit had some drainage failure, they were proactive in addressing the immediate problem and helping to insure a longer-term solution. I like the fact that it is a commercial facility with higher than normal security and more professional activity. Overall, a good value for the money.

Paul was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process of reserving and leasing my storage space. Questions are answered in a timely manner and changes to the desired storage space are handled flawlessly. The facility itself is very clean and accessible as the entire complex is only one floor. The location is very convenient as it is right next to I-95 and the prices are very competitive. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Used Extra Space Storage at this location for 3 years. The facility was easy to access, and was easily able to accommodate my needs. The price did rise by $10 on a yearly basis, but it was still fairly reasonable. However, if youre looking for long term storage with a more static rate, just keep that in mind. The on-site staff was always very friendly and helpful whether I was setting up an account, cancelling my lease, and everywhere in between.

Easy, pain-free experience. Used for about 7 months. The two people in the front office who run the facility are truly at your service. And each time I went to the facility, they were there, in the office! :-) The place is clean (loading dock, facility, restroom) and everything in order (dollies, signage, electronic security reader) , and easy access. The only thing that bummed me out was the raise in rent after about 3 or 4 months.
