I just rented a space from this location to use as extra storage space now that my girlfriend and I are moving in together. I had reserved a space over the phone and had been notified of some deals available to me and liked what I heard, so put the deposit down. Upon arriving a week later to visually inspect the facilities, I was satisfied with all details as described over the phone. Upon sitting down to write up the paperwork, we discovered that my reservation had only allowed me to save one of the "deals" available to me, and programs had changed in the meantime. This was not clear in the phone process. However, the associate helped us out by finding us another unit with a similar deal that actually provided a larger space. A great help to not have to start all over again. Ive only started to move a couple of pieces into storage, but if my experience changes, Ill be sure to serve notice.

This storage facility has been great to use. It is super accessible, clean, and offers many options to accommodate ones storage needs. Also, the service is top notch Every staff person with whom Ive interacted by phone or in person has been courteous, helpful, and professional. The store manager, Dragomir, is exceptional. In addition to being very pleasant during our exchanges, he is patient and went the extra mile to help figure what I needed and offered some great solutions. This was the case when my storage needs changed after I donated and disposed of some of my previously stored items. Dragomir helped me secure the next appropriate storage unit and put in place a moving plan that worked well with my schedule. What followed was a smooth transition to the new storage unit. I recommend this storage facility, Dragomir, and his team without reservation.

What convinced me , over 4 years ago , to become a customer at this location , was not only due to the physical aspects , i.e. location (easy access off route 128) ample parking , very clean , safe and well maintained , but because of its manager Dragomir . He is a very professional , knowledgeable , respectful and personable man . Having been to this location many many times over the years , Dragomir has always greeted me with his warm smile. He is a hands on guy , whom I have seen out on the premise , physically working to make sure the surroundings are kept in tip top shape . Recently my storage needs had changed , Dragomir went out of his way to find the best options suitable for my situation. My standards are high and so are his . You will experience the 5 star treament from Dragomir .

My office has used the Waltham location for our storage needs for more than 7 years and they have been a pleasure to work with as our demand for additional space increases and decreases at different times of the year. Drago, the manager, is always warm and welcoming when you are on site, and makes it a point to check in and make sure you have what you need. He takes pride in doing whatever he can to accommodate your needs and makes you feel welcome, safe and secure. I was definitely impressed with the Extra Storage Space facility. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process, as it was my first time using a storage space. Me and my roommate had no problems splitting the cost two ways, and Im certain the staff could have split it three or four or however many ways necessary. This facility was an amazing bargain compared to Public Storage, and was so conveniently placed only five minutes away by car from Brandeis. Im definitely storing my dorm belongings there every year!

Best price for parking around! I will be using this fasility only for the winter and since the first month is free and they prorate charges for the last month, I will end up paying a fraction of what I would spend enywhere else. The space I got is not indoor, covered or gated but they provide video surveillance, snow plowing and I like the idea for 24 hours access. A bid of advice -ask for a spot at the end of parking lot, so you will not be placed between tenants who own some heavy trucks and sometimes park outside designated lines

I have been storing items here for several years now for business purposes. Honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else. The facility is clean, well lit has competitive rates and is very secure. I usually deal with Drago one of the site managers and he is excellent about helping find the right size unit to suit my needs. He never tries to "over-sell" or put me in more space than I need which has helped save my business thousands of dollars in storage fees over the last bunch of year. I would highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage in Waltham.

Super clean and accessible storage facility, great hours and well managed. They offer lots of deals (like first month free), offer online payment and getting set up with a unit is easy. I reserved my storage unit online (again, really easy) and then went to the office to fill out all the paperwork, it only took about 15 minutes. Very impressive facilities, easy to access storage units and well maintained - much of it is new. I highly recommend ExtraSpace on Bear Hill Road if youre looking for a place to store your stuff.

This is an excellent facility and the staff is tremendous. The manager, is extremely helpful and friendly and is always willing to work with you to make sure you are happy with the experience. The storage units are very clean and the facility is very well maintained. The storage unit is located at a very convineneant location and is easy to access using the ramp designed for trucks to park. Overall, I have used a number of storage units in the past, and this is by far the best from my experience.

The service starting with my phone call to the general extraspace person was very good. She looked at all the possibilities for storing my 30 foot trailer and came up with one that was close enough for me. She reserved it without any credit card and within 2 minutes, I had a call from the manager of this facility. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. We arrived the next day and were quickly taken care of. I am very happy with the service we received.

I am a sales representative and utilize the storage space to house all my samples, marketing materials and exhibit equipment. Dragomir and the team do a great job of accepting deliveries for me and calling me promptly when they arrive making it so convenient for me. The facility is clean and they are working to improve it even more. I recommend it for any business person needing storage and delivery. The other places I checked on did not offer delivery acceptance which is key for me.
