We have been using Extra Space Storage for the past few years and are 100% happy and satisfied with the service we receive. The facility is absolutly kept spotless, and the office personal are very helpfull and friendly, and they are very knowlegeble at their business. John and Rich are an awesome team and make our storage needs a pleasant experiance. We also have a family run business and have all of our shipments from our venders shipped to extra space, being that they have shipping docks for trailers to receive our orders, then call us to pick up our orders as they come in, making our operation work in a very professional way. Cant say enough about Extra Space Storage an Awesome Company with a great staff, We would recomend them to all, give them a try, you will be glad You did. This facility is super clean, great lighting, friendly staff and experts at what they do. It is a joy and wonderful experience brought into our family and Business. This location is definatly a five star plus location, and we highly recommend them to all. also the pricing is very fair and well worth the cost which is minimum.

I reserved a storage locker online a few weeks ago, for a 7x10 which I thought would fit all my things. John called me within a few minutes to understand my needs, make sure that the locker would do the trick, and then confirm when Id come in. I made it in only about 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday, but John was able to explain the contract, show me the locker and all the entrances, and test my door code without making anything too complicated. I was out of there before closing. When I determined that I needed some more space a few weeks later, I reserved another locker online and again, John called me right away. We confirmed the details and he explained what it would be to transfer. I came right in, we walked through the facility and made sure the locker was available, and I was on my way with a transferred locker. I had some stuff in the old one which Id need the rest of the day to get out, and John said that was no problem. Im storing things long term while a large home renovation goes on and Im very happy and at ease with my things at Extra Space and with John.

On several different occassions throughout the years Ive been a customer at this great facility. The staff has always been extremely helpful, especially John, the facility is always well maintained, and you can always find somebody cleaning up after a customer that maybe dropped some trash or unwanted items. The last time I moved out I moved to a storage facility which was later taken over by Public Storage. The words that I need to describe PSs facility and customer service, would not be censored enough for this review. If you are in the Metrowest or Greater Boston area I guarantee that even if you have to drive a little out of the way (I live currently in Waltham) you will have the best possible experience at this Extra Space Storage.

I rented a space from this location in 2007 and when I rented then, they were helpful, courteous and gave great advice on how to best take care of my belongings with the right lock etc. 3 years later, I moved and downsized my space, so I went right back to Extra Storage Space in Framingham. Mort was still there and took great care of me again. I would highly recommend this facility. Its clean, well lit and they care about the security of your account. They are also always easy to help out. If you need a place to store, whether personal or business, this is the place to go!!!

My wife checked out several self-storage places...Extra Space Storage in Framingham, MA was by far the cleanest, most administratively organized, and had the most helpful staff. We needed temporary storage for our household goods and furniture until our relocation next summer, so rented a large unit. It has been an easy chore to move our things to the unit...convenient/easy access, ample parking for unloading, and flatbed handcarts have always been available for use. My wife and I certainly give Extra Space Storage two thumbs up...5 stars...!

Friendly n courteous staff, of all storage places I checked out, this was the most cleanest place of all, climate control as well, ur things are more than safe. Just saying am back again using the facility and am still impress with the cleanliness n courteous staff John and Rich who were there to answer our question and show us the difference btw storage places, they even stayed way above closing time to make sure everything went well.

Our company has been storing sensitive and valuable consulting evidence at Extra Space for many years now. Their accessibility and location was one of the reasons we chose this location. Their facilities offer carts and a pallet jack for moving and transferring larger loads, and multiple loading bays makes freight shipments (in and out) a breeze. Their staff is also phenomenally helpful when they can be!

I just recently leased a storage unit here and I am certainly happy with the service and the prices, the staff has been very friendly. I received a great tour when I made it down to view the units and when I realized I needed a larger unit, it was very easy to upgrade to a larger one that was available. Would definitely recommend for your storage needs!

The facilities are clean and climate controlled. You never feel like you have to worry about vermin or mold. The staff is very helpful and patient. Theyre happy to explain things to you and give you suggestions. The price is also very good for the space and also for the additional packing products that they offer. The online pay is very easy to use.

It was closed for 2 hours or more last Thursday, we took a ride to get food and came back and still nobody around, someone let us into the small lobby and the office door was locked and it looked like nobody was working. We had to look at 3 other places and we rented with another place. Lost our business, due to lack of staff.

Rich is amazing, incredibly helpful and very informative. Units were clean and well kept, and they have multiple different sizes to meet whatever your needs may be. I would definitely recommend this place if you need short or long term storage!
