Ok so I have never had to store anything and was totally clueless on the process. I walked in to Extra Space and a young lady named Alex helped me out. She was very informative and showed me only what I needed to see. She was well knowledged and was able to answer all my questions. She had her own personal experience with a storage nightmare and was able to tell me why the unit I was interested in was a good fit for my needs. If u need storage space for any reason - go see Miss Alex on route 1 in North Attleboro :)

Decided to check out Extra Space storage for work usage and found friendly staff and a clean facility. I like the fact that you have to put a code in to get through the gate and into the storage building. Only negative about the gate is that sometimes it gets stuck and will not open. The staff will let you in if that happens though. Good location, although it gets a bit warm in the climate controlled unit area that I rented. Price is excellent for the purpose.

Going into this facility I was on vacation in Massachusetts and looking to rent a unit in California. Rob was so helpful finding exactly what I was looking for and quickly going through the process. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new unit. 100% all around for him on this customer status. I highly recommend going to this facility if you need to rent a unit. And then on top of that I got my first month free, so reassuring that I can count on Extraspace!

After shopping around online for a bit I decided to go with Extra Space Storage. They had the best rates that I could find for what I needed. When I went in to set everything up there was a bit of a mix up with the reservation but the employees there were incredibly helpful and I received impeccable customer service. Im very pleased with my choice. I would highly recommend this location for anyones storage needs.

This facility is clean, safe, secure and easy to access. I had a storage space at a different facility, owned by a different company, and always felt like I was going to end up on a Law and Order episode. Not here! The grounds are well-lit and with gated entry and exit. Each staff member with whom Ive interacted (and Ive interacted with at least six) is courteous, helpful and patient. I highly recommend!

Nice clean unit, took advantage of the first month free offer. Rented unit in the annex to save a few dollars, if you plan on bringing in a big moving van do not rent in the annex, it has enough space for a car or full size van, but the lanes will only handle one car, other than that it is worth the money.

Great, clean, and very secure place. The staff is also very friendly and easy to talk with, and also knowledgeable. Didnt even need to check anywhere else I could tell within the first few minutes this was the BEST place to store my belongings and not have to worry.

Fast and easy unit rental, with first month free (not including leading fee). Alex helped us find the right unit for our needs. Be sure to ask for internet pricing. We viewed the exact unit before committing. Clean and secure. Bring your own lock or buy one on site.

This place is the best ..I have been storing my motorcycles here for years. Facility is always in top shape and Rob and his staff provide A+ customer service. I will continue to use extra space north Attleboro because of the excellent experience they provide

My biggest complaint was the unforeseen price hikes. I originally rented a space for about $50, but received two notices while I was there (for less than 2 years) that the rent would be increased, finally to $80.

Have mice in my unit. I complained and the guy was only interested in blaming me. I only have plastic boxes and a few paintings and the mice chewed the paintings. Moving out ASAP.

Tricky pricing, required insurance cost that is useless, and they have mice! Our stuff is ripped and covered in mice poop and pee. Gross.
