I continue to be impressed by Latashas customer relations expertise, from the first time I met her in April 2014 to the present, especially today. Today, I called to update my billing information from my existing MasterCard account to my new VISA account, as Mastercard is changing my credit card to VISA. Hoping to have no interruption in billing especially while job-searching, I called it in over the phone, within the last two weeks, with someone I spoke with at the front desk, while Latasha was on vacation, who took down the credit card number. Now, Im worried who has my credit card number because they never updated my account nor told me to update it on the Public Storage website. I just updated it on the Public Storage website, thanks to Latashas professional, to-the-point, yet friendly guidance today over the phone. If you ever need someone to train new employees, I would strongly recommend Latasha. As a trainer and technical writer, I know she already "exceeds the requirements" of the job. Her expertise would be better utilized in a management function for the companys and her benefit.

This facility is conveniently located as you exit route 128 at Exit 14. I met with Omaira , the customer service representative. She showed me the unit that I would be renting and explained in detail about accessing the unit via the security gate etc. Signing-up for the unit went smoothly and Omaira was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you, Omaira, for making this a very positive rental experience. Recently, I had water damage occur in the unit I was renting. The property manager, Conawa, was extremely helpful with setting-up a transfer to another unit. The paperwork was completed with ease. She gave me information on how to proceed with the insurance claim. The day I moved my items to the new unit, Conawa came by several times to see if she could help with anything. Conawas professional manner made this difficult situation much easier to complete.

I arrived onto this site without any knowledge of the rental unit size that i would need to store my personal property. Property Mgr Tasha was extremely helpful & provided her expertise to help me find the size unit that would fit my needs. I had noticed she professionally handled a large influx of customers coming through the door at any given time. Also, I had met another property Mgr Wes who was just as courteous & professional and provided an extra hand with a large item to move. I hope that public storage rewards outstanding employees like these. I work in the customer service field and I know when I see a good employee. - customer service jobs are not always a very pleasant job.

Was at the facility on Saturday, 6/6/15. The level of cleanliness is poor and declining. One bathroom locked and the other in truly disgusting condition. Elevator panels off and have been off for a year. Elevators and floors filthy and dont appear to have been cleaned in some time. Litter in parking lot. Whether or not a dolly/cart is available - even with an empty parking lot - is a gamble. And yet, rental fees keep going up. Getting in touch with someone from national headquarters via the website is virtually impossible - many layers of voice-prompt hell only to be cut off when I finally reached a representative. Am seriously looking for another facility.

I am in the midst of a very stressful move, and Caitlyn made my life so much easier yesterday. I came to check out Public Storage because they had a climate-controlled space in the size I wanted for an affordable price, but I was checking out two other facilities as well. I decided to go with Public Storage, because of the great customer service I received from Caitlyn. She was well informed, knew the answers to all my questions and was ready to assist in every way. She even got me laughing on a day when I was under enormous stress. She was kind and funny and smart. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Caitlyn was just simply outstanding in helping me downsize to a smaller locker She worked with me on timing and reserving the best locker for my needs. Stephanielee followed up on Caitlins work. They both made the whole process of downsizing to a smaller locker as painless as possible I live in a small apartment with little storage so I really rely on Public Storage. Ive stored my things here at the East Street location since 2005. A clean and super well run facility!

Omaira greeted me with a friendly smile and cordially asked me to wait while she finished up with another customer, who she also treated with courtesy and respect. Omaira helped me resolve a billing issue quickly. Moving is always very stressful and finding a friendly professional like Omaira along the way makes the journey easier. I really do hate moving and shopping for goods but a young lady at this location help change that. She gave me some good advise and offered me the best prices available for the items I needed to help me move. She definitely made it a way better experience then what Ive had in the past at other stores. Thanks to Tasha I know what and where to search for my goods to move. I may even go back to rent storage, the place was clean and felt safe :) Thank you

I met Caitlyn last Saturday. I was worried about safety and security and she was good at helping me know they have security and gave me all the things i needed for the move. She walked me through my unit and area. She was very pleasant and funny too! Once paid and signed for she let me get my things out of car and start moving my stuff into my space...simple..clean..easy..convenient.Thank you Caitlyn and Melissa!

Great experience!! I needed to buy a bunch of boxes and I wasnt sure what sizes or the number of boxes I needed. The woman who helped me on 10/08/13, Latasha was AWESOME!! She made this process so easy and she was very informative. Id totally go back to this location for any future needs. Latasha you rock (if you can see this)! Im truly pleased with the way she made my experience. Now for the hard part..MOVING.

I meant to post this previously, but Ive been busy moving! Caitlyn the manager is great! She got me the best deal for a space, helped me carry boxes to my car, and knew what I needed to pack my stuff. Ive also witnessed her mopping the floors and cleaning outside; She really does it all! But Caitlyn made the experience of all this moving far better with her fun personality and general assistance for her job.

We needed some storage space for a couple of months while renovating part of our house. Omaira was really helpful when we checked in and rented the storage room. They gave us a nice break on the first months rent and the space was easily accessed and clean. When we closed out and emptied the storage space out, Emily was really helpful and made the closeout super simple. Would definitely go here again.

For the second time in 2 years they have had a problem with the AC units and this has caused a leak into my storage unit. This is unacceptable! Now I am going to be fighting with them to pay for me to move units... no reason I should have to pay my deductible to be moved... and the water damage to my belongings as well. Wish I could give them negative stars - they do not deserve one star.
