I cant say enough good things about Cube Smart in Cumberland. As far as the facilities, they are always clean, open when they say they are. Its always easy access to my unit (and I was indoor and on the second floor). I had been there about 3 years, and recently moved out to relocate. Both the move-in and move-out process were really easy. By far, the best thing about the facilities is the general manager, Mary. She works the front desk most days. She really cares about her clients and it shows. Shes very accommodating, is super friendly, and has been incredibly helpful to me personally. On my big move day, my car broke down in the parking lot. Not only did she call AAA using her own account for me, but she was incredibly compassionate and talked me down from the stress I was under. CubeSmart Cumberland is a great facility. Mary makes it a top-notch one!

I want to give a huge thank you to Mary at the Cumberland Cube Smart. Our need for storage was very last minute and upon determining that the Cumberland location did not have the size unit we needed, Mary immediately took it upon herself to check other locations in the vicinity to see who could help us. Not only did she put me in touch with Patricia in Woonsocket, she also followed up with me the next day to make sure we were all set. The interaction with both locations has put Cube Smart on the top of my list of recommendations when looking for a clean, affordable, friendly, and goes the extra mile storage facility!
