this company is a disgusting joke. Ive had my unit only 5 months, I went in this past weekend to remove my couch and found that mice and bugs had made a home out of my unit, destroyed everything inside literally ate holes into and were living in my couch. When I went to the office all they would say to me was "not my problem call the insurance company, you bought insurance so its not our problem" when I called the insurance company I was told sorry thats your own problem we dont cover it, have a nice day... its my problem you units are infested with rodents and insects and I should have known better?!?! thanks for taking my $150/month with no problem and ruining every single thing I had in there....

I needed to move out of my old place before my new place was ready. In a pinch, I found Simply Self Storage in Tewksbury. It is located just a short drive from 495 and very easy to access. The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly; especially the manager, Joel. I only needed the unit for about 1 1/2 months and that was never a problem. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their stuff.

Very bad service!! A lot of cockroaches, elevator broke and they spent 2 days to fix and I waited 2 days with my car full and the manager blame me for the inconvenience, Im a customer I just getting in your services and you guys not a professional, never brame a customer guys!! Finally I got another company and I lost my money because they not give my money back!! Thank you very much for your lack professionalism.

Joel was very courteous and kind with a welcoming smile! He explained everything in detail. Im very pleased with the customer service. The unit I rented was very clean and Joel placed me in a unit directly across from the service elevator. Id highly recommend Simply Storage to anyone looking for storage. Also, I shopped around and they are the cheapest in the area and I got a free month storage!

Not having dealt with a storage place before, i was somewhat nervous about it. It was great to have talked to Mr. Kiddy at the Tewksbury office. He provided me with all the unit sizes, prices and availability. It made this process easy and he made me feel much better about putting my belongings there. I would recommend this office to anyone now.

The site manager is extremely accommodating and very professional. He has helped me a number of times and gone above and beyond each time. Everything was explained to the fullest and all questions were answered. I would recommend this location and if Joel (the site manager) is an example of their staff I would recommend any of their locations.

A great place to keep your things! Working with Joel and his staff over the past year and a half has been a breeze. Good facility, excellent lighting and easy access 7 days a week. Nice elevator and dollies to help you make any move a quick one. I know it sounds weird, but these folks were so nice, Ill miss seeing them!
