I needed to rent a unit the day before leaving for vacation. Danvers Public Storage had the perfect size unit for my needs, with a wide range of sizes for anyones needs. Kelly in the front office was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me that day. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything clearly, and to add to her excellent customer service skills, she has a very nice, calm professional demeanor, which helps when you are stressed with a rushed day. Ron, the District Manager, is also above and beyond with customer service skills. Both Kelly and Ron were a great help with an account issue that they cleared up effectively and efficiently for me. The facilities were clean and very secure, along with a great location. I would highly recommend Danvers Public Storage!

I went to this public storage location first off because it had one of the best ratings. My girlfriend decided she wanted to move some stuff in the storage unit. A young lady named Eileen helped us move in. Mind you have never done this before and she made sure when we left that office we had no questions left to ask. Very informative from the moment we walked in right up until the moment she walked us out of that door. This facility is clean, she cares about her customers and she was so much of help Im very grateful for Eileens help. If anyone is looking for a good storage facility with a positive attitude. You must visit her out in Danvers. She will take great care of you. Beyond exceptional customer service skills. 5 stars to her. Thank you

I had a great experience at Public Storage in Danvers and it was greatly because of the lovely Ms. Kelly. Kelly has a wonderful sense of what people need and was very clear about describing what was available and what other products where available to me. I received a follow up call from Kelly to check inn and make sure the storage space was the proper size, etc. As it turns out, I have not used the storage unit as of yet, but was informed that she will check back with me after my move date. Kelly is a real "Customer Service" pro and a great asset to Public Storage!!!

Reserved my unit on line and received a call from Bob confirming my reservation. I had several issues that pushed the move into the unit and Bob was very nice about keeping the reservation open until I could get there. I met Eileen and Linda at the office on a very rainy day. They were very nice and professional at the same time. They showed me to my unit and explained everything about how public storage works. Eileen called me today to make sure I was satisfied with the unit and all asked if I had any questions. To this point, all deserve a five star rating.

I went to a few different locations to find out more information and prices. I only have a few items that need to be in storage, one of them, being a good size couch. I decided that this location was best suited for me. Not only was the manager Kelly extremely courteous and friendly, she took the time to help me figure out the best sized unit that suited my needs. Other places where not as helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Great customer service, and extremely clean. I feel my belongings are safe and secure here. Thanks again public storage danvers!!!

This is the best storage facility on the north shore! Clean and well-maintained. I feel as though my belongings are very safe & secure. Perfect location, hours, and affordable pricing. Staff is great, the property manager - Kelly - is very helpful and super friendly and she routinely walks around the property checking up on things, ensuring everything is clean, maintained, safe and secure. I originally planned to rent elsewhere after my first month, but decided to stay put. And will be back in the future if I need a storage unit.

I am a mover, I work for a moving company called GMZ movers, I went to Public Storage in Danvers with one of my customers. I go to many different storage facilities because of the work I do. NONE of them as clean, organized, and secure as this one. The Manager Kelly, was professional, accurate, and she knew her stuff. She was polite, patient, answered all the questions and had us in and out in no time. She even provided my customer with packing supplies that we didnt carry. If I ever need storage, this WILL be the place to go!!

This is an excellent storage facility. My brother-in-law had recommended that I rent a storage unit at Public Storage because he had a great experience at the Public Storage in Metheun. The Danvers location has delivered an equally great experience. The unit that I rented is clean and secure, and the customer service has been excellent. Kelly helped me rent my unit and she has continued to be very helpful and has followed up with me several times to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Property Manager Kelly was so Professional, Caring, Informative and Courteous and even assisted me down the hill on the snow so I wouldnt slip or fall with the ice and snow. I actually ended up not having any questions because Kelly answered them all during my reservation appointment. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding Customer Service I was provided with. I never rented a storage unit before I was very unaware with the process , how big of a unit I would need etc . The manager at this location was amazing though her name is Kelly .She took her time to explain everything I needed to know in detail and although I didnt rent a unit that day I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks to do so! Amazing customer service !!!

Im moving in a few weeks and dont know where to start, but I walked into Public Storage and asked a million questions about renting a unit. Kelly was more than happy to help me by showing me a few units and answering all a million and one of my annoying questions. This place is clean, secured and very reasonably priced. I will be back in a few weeks..........

I came into public storage to rent a unit and the Manager Kelly was great. She was very personable, nice and she knew her stuff. She was very patient. I just moved here from PA and It was a very pleasant experience. She helped make my move easier. I would recommend public storage to anyone looking to have an easier move. Thank you Public Storage.

Customer service here is great!! Ms Kelly was very helpful and friendly. She helped us find a storage unit that would fit our needs and even helped us figure out all of our moving supplies... things I never would have thought of! I will refer anyone I know that is moving or needs a storage facility to this location. Excellent!
