My family and I went in to look at the storage unit that we reserved yesterday. When we arrived we were greeted with a big smile and a happy energy that I personally have never come across at any other storage facility that I have gone to...and I have even worked at a few. I was impressed with the security of the facility from the cameras to watching Dee Dee check for every code in from clients. I was further impressed with the fact that everyone that I saw come into the facility stop in the office just to see Dee Dee, and she knew each one of them by name, and even took the time to know them and their family. I was honestly expecting an unhappy teenager, who really didnt want to be there, sitting behind the desk telling me to sign papers and hand me a piece of paper, and sent on my way. Dee Dee on the other took the time to hand my 4 year old daughter a small coloring book with crayons while I handled paperwork. Then she took my family and I up to the storage unit itself to show us the way personally, while explaining the policies of security, insurance, and safety all with the same jovial demeanor we were greeted with. On top of all of this while I dealt with the exceptionally poor customer service of geico to get proof that I had insurance to cover what I would be storing, she was patient, and trying to find any other way for me to complete the process. The only thing I would change about my experience had nothing at all to do with Dee Dee or this specific facility. It would have been a little easier if I could have just completed most of the check in process, and then fax in the proof of insurance. However it all has to be completed at once or not at all. This is an issue with the computer system set up rather than customer service. Overall this was a much better and easier experience than I thought it would be otherwise.

I called to book two 10x20 closed storage units and clearly asked if my 53 truck would have space to park and unload within the units parking lot. The booking agent in PA ensured me that the 53 could park within the storage unit parking lot while unloading. I booked with the operating agent and soon spoke with the manager of the facility, who told me the booking agent had falsely promised and that the 53 needed to park across the street and unloaded with a smaller truck. So we parked and rented a uHaul across town, only to find out that there was only 1 functional 10x20 unit available. We left for another unit. We unnecessarily incurred costs for moving the 53, the uHaul rental, and the time/labor of the driver and the loaders.

I have been a customer with CubeSmart for about 18 months. This facility is safe, secure, clean, and climate controlled. The GM there named DeeDee is the best!! She is always welcoming and accommodating. She recently made me aware of an excellent referral program that helped me save money on my own storage rental. I saved 75% off of my monthly rent!! I was happy to refer one of my clients here, and will do the same with friends and family. With an exceptional leader like Dee Dee there, I know they will be well taken care of. If you are looking for storage in the area definitely come by!

Started about a month ago as a last minute decision for storage. Using the main 800# and explained what I needed for storage was very helpful and knowledgeable of the size I would need. However, upon arrival disappointed that it was not the size I needed. At Cubesmart, personnel staff was very helpful in obtaining the proper size storage unit. Although a cost increase I signed with Cubesmart. I would recommend visiting the site to visualize the size you would need for your storage. I highly recommend this place as a storage facility...Thank you Cubesmart!

I been with Cubesmart for all of 6 months and have not been disappointed with Cubesmart employees. When I enter if they spot me theyll wave. There is one person that stands out from the rest and she has personally help me with questions I may have. also she told me she had to fill in for two employees who were transferred. Dee Dee Sciarappa is a wonderful manager and I would like to acknowledge her for giving it her all in time of need.

They were great, my daughter rented out 2 units for approximately 5 months. All the times I had gone over there with her, the workers, especially Barbara was fantastic. There was another woman working there also, she was also very friendly and awesome. When the time came to move out, they were so helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

If you have to use a storage locker this is the best. It is climate controlled and that makes all the difference. There are places in the area that do not have climate control and charge more. The people are friendly and they do have boxes and tape and all the things you need if you dont have them already.

Hi, I recently stored my vehicle there in the garage units they have and I must say that is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. Everything is brand new and clean, nice people in the office, nice location, Im happy with them and Ill definately be using them again in the spring. ~Jen

Very clean. Manager is friendly. Not happy about the "mandatory" insurance that is not mentioned online nor in the quoted cost. Let us sign a waiver refusing coverage and accepting any damages that may occur. Also monthly cost is only good for 6 months then the rate increases. Come on!

First of all the place is very very clean which did shock me a bit. I have never rented one of these before and had no idea what to expect. So that was an awesome surprise. Also the man Jose who I worked with was very nice and extremely helpful. I had lots of questions.

Walked in not even 5 minutes after having made a reservation online, Dee Dee was there she was super helpful, very informative and had a great sense of humor she showed me my unit got paperwork done I was in and out of there in no time, place was spotless inside and out!!!

We got a great deal and the regional manager and the store manager are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and they have carts right at the door to help you transport your items through the building. I would highly recommend. William is fantastic.

Very nice, clean, well lit facility. William was a great help when we were choosing the right size unit. Deedee was a great help during the move in day. The gate hours are until 10pm which is more convenient than other places we toured. Just the right place for our needs.
