Having never used a storage unit before, and after calling several other, less helpful and/or unresponsive companies for a last minute opening, I have to say Cube Smart is outstanding. Patricia, the Woonsocket Manager, was extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met in the most economical way possible. In addition, I was extremely impressed at the way the Cumberland and Woonsocket managers worked together to help get us situated with very little advance notice. Mary in Cumberland was quick to recommend the Woonsocket location and put me in touch with Patricia. Both ladies were amazing! I dont know how often I will need a storage unit in the future, but after this experience Cube Smart will always be my first choice!

The place is clean and people are friendly but the price is crazy, and if you dont live in the area and you pay by phone or online there is a fee and it is also crazy. Not worth that much money.
