I stored some of my favorite possessions (my skis, surfboard and bike are at the top of that list!) with Extra Space in Plainville. They took great care of my possessions. The climate control kept my cardboard boxes in good shape and the items stored in them were as good as new thanks to the lack of humidity. They were helpful in prorating my last month for me and I felt as though they actually cared about me and my stored goods. They were helpful from the moment I signed my original contract up until the day I moved out, over one year later! Thanks, Extra Space, for giving me a secure, well maintained, professional, and customer service orientated place to keep my possessions during my time of transition.

OMG. Do not use!!!!!! They will act extremely nice like your best friends and think they are helping you out and totally mess with your account. They will keep charging your credit card when you leave. Theyll say it will be credited in 24 hours then machine broke then overnight a check from Utah then deny saying overnight and just continue to lie and lie and lie. Wont give you name of boss. Wont give you transaction number charged your credit card. Nothing. Absolutely worst business I have ever dealt with. Save yourself a big headache use a different location. And remember when someone asks for a good review theres a reason. Good luck.

First experience with then has been awesome. I went in to reserve a storage unit and the gentlemen i dealt with was very helpful! When i called to see if they were open at around 5 pm i only had an hour to load the trailer and get there.next time i looked at the clock i knew i would be late so i called them. Now long story short... the lady who answered the phone stayed there an extra half hour in order for me to get my unit!!!! Thanks alot!!!

Extra Space Storage in Plainville rocks. Really convenient location (a Dunkin Donuts nearby!), off of Route 1. I especially appreciated the extremely clean space, both office and units. I always felt safe there, knowing that someone was on grounds. Joanne and Trudy are very helpful, kind, accommodating, and professional in the office; they always were there to help. It meant the world, and I would definitely recommend this facility!

You will never feel like a stranger at this site. Ive been renting at this facility for years and I have never had a complaint.

U-Haul down the street is much cheaper. They took 168 out then 193 out every month it seems to fluctuate. The better business bureau give this business a less than acceptable rating.
