What a miserable crooked broke down place. I was leaving with a 5x9 trailer. I rent weekly for my business. I was given the all clear after we tested the brake lights. I start to pull out and a lady tries to pass me on the right hand side and hits my bumper. So the cameras in the building are not working. The guy who rented me the trailer took the ladies side (for some reason). Am I in a time warp where every ri resident is scum, because it feels like it. Enter Warwick police officer owe once he finds out the ladies husband is cop, he immediately takes her side even though if you look at the angle of the cars and the fact that I was done with my uhaul services before this woman was done with propane. Thus I had the right of way. I had a trailer in tow making it harder to stop. Because of the stupid way the uhaul guy told be to park he put my vehicle in a comprising situation. Total lunacy. Then the uhaul guy made a statement to police that I waitubg for him to find back. What A liar. I waited for him because I was told he was the only one that could refund my credit card after the incident. What a bunch of mis arable under educated losers.

I needed a Hitch installed so i came to uhaul location after getting a quote online. they wanted to charge me 150$ more than online quote. first Sandy (clueless manager) said because the truck is not out of the showroom (really). then she changed her reason to because i wanted a 7way instead of a 4 way (which i knew i would pay a little more but that much come on. so i called East Providence uhaul not only did they install the hitch for the price online they also only charged me 5 more dollars for the 7 way with a 4 way. do your self a favor avoid sandy she is nice ditsy (i mean i think she can manage giving you your key maybe even checking the milage on your uhaul but thats about it). call the East providence location they are bigger and there staff is better trained

Wow wow wow, what an awful place. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The General manager Thomas is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. They installed a hitch and wiring kit on my SUV. I picked up the car, drove 100 feet, and the whole left side of the car shorted out. I went back, long story short. Thomas the "general manager" who is extremely hostile, rude and unprofessional, told me to go have it fixed somewhere else and they cant do anything about it. So now my $70,000 car is ruined because of carless workmanship. Save your self a major major problem and go get it done at a real shop. The only guy there that knows anything above the ground is Alex. Talk to him if you ever end up stranded at this POS dump.

4 hours to install a hitch we were told would take 1. We have had nothing but problems with electrical install. 1 year later. A mechanic and auto electrician and we learn the WORTHLESS FOOLS of uhaul ran the main power wire past a drive shaft which explains intermittent 25 amp fuse failures. Do yourself a favor and deal with professionals. The time, money, and aggravation this locations incompetence cost us is just not worth it.

Horrible service.. I used to fill my propane tank there (which is overpriced) Every SINGLE time the person filling it thinks they are doing you a huge favor. Youll be lucky if someone looks up when you walk in. Everyone working looks and acts clueless and certainly could care less. I just fill it down the street which is cheaper

We rented a van for 24 hours at $19.99. The office was short staffed so we waited a bit inside but other than that service was flawless. The van was brand new and spotless! I am now using their services again for a bigger move
