bad hours, often closed DURING business hours, ice rink loading area, snow blocking loading doors, dead mice in hallway, freezing cold in "climate controled" building. Been here for 3 months and hated all of it (and couldnt get at my unit half the time due to the ONE employee not being there). Were fleeing this place as soon as possible. Massively disappointed in Uhaul for recommending this dump.

my belongings have been there for 3 days...I went Sunday expecting to pick my stuff yo the website says open until 5 pm...well they were closed all day therefore I had to sleep in an empty apartment in no bed on the wooden floor because this place is giving false advertisement in their website! they will be reported to the better business Bureau

Staff member Jessica was very helpful and informative. Its not a state of the art facility, however if you keep that in mind and have an understanding of their business hours you should be fine. Lowest rates in the state and 1 month free when I pay for 2 in advance.
