We tried another storage location in the area and they were never available even during store hours when they would close down at random times. We switched to Storage Americas Central Falls location and we are quite happy. They are clean, easy to get to, and will bring their own truck to pick your stuff up. Plus the prices are great. They matched the price we were getting at the other location. My only complaint is that I wish they had more open hours so I could access the unit. I work a 40 hour work week so Saturday is my only real chance to get into my unit.

An absolute horror. They didnt have my reservations when I arrived, they did not care. They did not help. They tried to charge me more money than I was confirmed at. STAY AWAY. Update: They overcharged my credit card and have refused to reimburse me without a credit card statement that I have to bring down *in person*. Honestly, Im a fair minded person. But these people are just crooks.

Horrible storage. Not climate controlled. Constant rude and ignorant staff. Have you call a different # if your storage is in another city just to be answered by THE SAME PERSON you are already speaking with in THE SAME OFFICE to make a payment! Give you 5 days after due date to pay and call 3x on the 2nd day of the month. Hire new employees or educate them on customer service !

Was looking for a storage unit for a while to fit my needs an found one an there staff were so helpful like Desiree she walked me threw the contract so i would understand it very cool woman thumbs up to Storage America an Desiree for making my first storage rental easy.

Im very happy with the prices. They also are very nice people in the office. And its open all the time. I like it because its open until late at night 11 oclock. So doesnt matter what shift do work its always going to be open.
