Come for the accessibility, stay for the service. One storage company is very much like another, so what differentiates them are the intangibles, and that is where this location shines. I originally went here due to its extraordinary ease of access, right off the highway. Time and again, during off hours or weekends, its been very easy to swing by, drop something off or pick up and entire stack of boxes, and be on my way. However, in the time Ive been a client, Ive stayed, due to the flexible nature of the company, and the professionalism of the site manager, Kevin. The site is his job, and he approaches the customers with courtesy, and the facilities with dedication. Lastly, a minoir point, but excellent indicator of care of design — all of the buildings are elevated and lipped. This means even the small areas, and the non-climate controlled ones, are far more resistant to the New England wet climate and dust. Strongly recommend for long and short term service.

We have moved many times within the USA and from abroad, using many different self storage companies. Our latest move and subsequent contract has been with Simply Self Storage in Warwick, Rhode Island at: 50 Okeefe Lane. Here we must say the real difference is the Management. Run by manager Kevin Wollschlager this operation is 1st rate. He runs the place like a skilled surgeon, which for us makes all the difference. Clean, impeccably managed from the smallest details will make any client--new or existing--completely content with the competence of the service. Kevin, is the real asset here and his "attention to detail" will make us customers until we no longer need storage. Any client would be happy to stop at this location in Warwick... I do not know about the others, but Kevin has our vote as the Manager of the best run storage facility of the over 13 we have used in the last 30 years. Hopefully, they will still have some units available when you come!

Updated Review - December 2016 to July 2017 Still a 5 Star experience. I would give more stars if it were an option. This was our second time using the facility, and it is still exceeding expectations. Kevins professionalism is second to none. The facility is always so clean. Even after a snow storm, Kevin is very quick in making sure that access is available. By the time the roads are safe enough to drive there, he has everything cleared out enough to get in. We routinely have needs for temporary storage. This was our second stint at Simply Self Storage in Warwick, and it will be where well come the next time a need arrives. Original Review - January 2016 to July 2016 Experience is 100% positive. Kevin (the manager) is awesome. Very friendly and professional. The facility is very well maintained and very convenient to get in and out of. I would recommend this facility as the only choice for anyone.

This is a very clean, secure and well run storage facility. The owner was more than accommodating to all my needs. I feel the customer service here is second to none in this business. I had a unit here for about 4 months while we were getting our house to market. Every time I would make the trip to drop boxes off, we were always greeted with a wave and a smile. The owner is constantly walking the grounds to ensure security and cleanliness. There is an entrance gate with a keypad for additional security. I had one minor incident within the unit itself which was handled promptly and with complete professionalism. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage and if I was ever in the need for storage again, this place would be at this very top of my list.

I absolutely love the property manager Kevin! Ive had several units here. Ive also referred several friends/family members who have all agreed with me. Years ago I chose this location not only bc it was local but also bc its off of the main traffic path. As a security professional I was sold on the fact that they have a camera system, and a gate. The gate has since improved. Ive never had an issue here and the property manager makes everyone feel so welcome! He is super helpful and attentive. I most definitely recommend this location. The only qualm Ive had is the rent increases but I am still a happy customer bc I couldnt ask for a better property/manager.

-- I wanted to acknowledge Kevin in the Warwick, RI facility. He was so helpful in letting me in when I forgot my passcode, and abundantly gracious when we had a serious family illness. This high caliber person was fair, honest, and accommodating when we had to consolidate our three units into one. Even when we moved out of the last unit, he noticed that we had no more room in the van, he offered to dispose of an old mirror thus saving me a another trip back. Great customer service, Five stars- thank you Kevin.

We had a complicated moving situation and Kevin was so helpful in helping us work out the best unit(s) for our budget based on the availability, location near each other and cost. He went through the cost options based on our timing and all the storage "what ifs" that we might need to deal with related to our selling/buying house. Highly recommended and the site manager Kevin is the best - really professional and helpful.

The property manager, Kevin could not have been more helpful in assisting me with finding my storage unit. His professionalism was much appreciated and one of my deciding factors in choosing SSS. Also, the location is perfect and the facility is very well kept. Based on my overall experience I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in search of a storage unit.

If you are looking for inexpensive storage in a convenient location, this is the place! I cant say enough about Kevin the manager, he is a true asset to SS storage! He knows this business and couldnt have been more knowledgeable or helpful! I rented 2 large units, best price anywhere! I give Kevin and Simply self storage 10 stars!!

My boss has had a smaller storage unit for years there. The customer service and manager in the office has always been really nice and very efficient. Yesterday we had to find a place last minute to store 120 file boxes. This place made that happen so quickly and so affordable. We are so happy to do business with Simply Storage!

Best storage facility Ive ever used! Unit was clean and easy to get into. Kevin (manager) was so nice and helpful. Had to be late a few times because of family issues but Simply Storage worked with us so we didnt lose all of our stuff. Highly recommended and would definitely use again!
