I just had the best experience with the Store Manager, Ron Rollins. We are having a very difficult time right now financially and cannot pay our rent all the way around. My storage rent is two months overdue and on the auction list, however Ron has such a kind heart and is willing to work with me so I dont lose all of our belongings. He ALSO TOOK HIS LOCK OFF AND LET ME GET OUR CHRISTMAS TREE TO BRING HOME FOR OUR FAMILY!!!!!! I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough to him. Because of his huge heart we can at least have our Christmas tree for this season. I have had many storage units in the past but have never come across such a caring facility. They are truly amazing and he is truly a people person. Thank you so much for making our familys holiday season one to remember. There are still wonderful and caring people our there in this world.

Extra Space Storage is very convenient, so convenient to where I live that I can whisk in and get what I need. This is important to me. Maybe people just need a place to store somethings but for me it was an emotional experience needing a storage unit. I was moving from a large home to a small apartment. Every employee that I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable, professional and kind. More important, I could see their surveillance cameras when in the office which immediately put my mind at ease as far as security goes. One thinks of security right off: barbed wire, lighting, times open, sturdy gate, and of course a decent lock which I bought from Extra Space. Having products there is convenient and smart. Not everyone is an experienced mover. The name could be changed to Easy Extra Space Storage. Thanks for everything.

So I would like to start by saying that I have been looking for a storage unit for a month now and have had zero luck finding a place to fit my needs and have a place to go thats friendly, until I came across extra space storage. I called first and found the gentleman on the phone to be very friendly( which I found nowhere else) and helpful. Ron is the new manager there and I am glad he is! He not only had me come in to go over very reasonable prices, but went out of his way to make me feel welcome! I find this very refreshing, specially in this line of business! He showed me the unit and I am very happy to say I found a place to store my things that I hold dear to my heart! Thank you Ron Rollins for all your help! Look forward to being your customer for years to come!!!

The facility was clean and using it went well. I stored two different cars in two different units for the winter only. Assistants there helped in every respect. My only negative is that the price for units seems a bit high. They may have been the lowest (??) prices around at the time, but I guess all storage prices are too high for non-heated storage for autos. My second unit was much bigger than I needed as well, but that was all that was available when I needed it, I still have one unit and the price for it is rising, but I am moving out before the price rises anyway.

Glad I found this storage facility, very clean, maintained and well run. Staff was so helpful, and flexible. Have to use a code to enter and leave, and no access after 10 pm and before 6 am, which makes things more secure. Price is reasonable for 10 x 20 and occasional deals on move in that are a nice surprise and can save bucks. They charge a small admin fee that is reasonable, and offer auto payments. Recommend this facility.

Actual storage was fine. However, over the course of two years of storage, the price charged more than doubled. Every couple of months I got a notice it was going up $20 or so. Since I was out of the country there was little I could do about it -- they had all my stuff! First thing I did when I got back was empty the place out. If you want to store stuff for a month or two, its a great place. Long term? Find someplace else.

Very good experience! I had reserved a storage unit online and got a very good price. The very next day they gave me a call. I talked to Wendy, she was very nice and helpful! Then I went there to look at the unit and make sure it was what I wanted. The owner was super nice! Let me look at a couple units! I would recommend coming to extra space if your looking for storage! I would rate it higher then 5 stars if I could!

While, initially, I was very happy with Extra Space Storage, the increase in rates (twice in 13 months!) has changed my mind. The new manager, Joe, is very helpful & friendly. The facility is clean & well maintained. So, for short durations, this is a nice place for storage. For long term, however, be advised that the rate changes make a big difference in where you chose for storage. I will be moving out ASAP!

I recently had to switch units and contacted the office to find out my options. The manager, Ron, was super friendly and very helpful. He spent several minutes helping me find the right unit and the best deal, as well as prorating my previous unit instead of charging me for the full month. Fantastic experience and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I arrived at Extra Space Storage nearer the end of the day, not knowing the hours, and I was helped well beyond the closing time. I very much appreciate the staff and their willingness to be kind and helpful. The process of getting a unit was easy. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Reserved a storage unit online today, and received a call from Danny within 2 minutes of submitting the form. went in to the office to finish getting my unit, and received excellent customer service! I have done business with them before,i wont go anywhere else!

Very professional manager and the facility is well kept. I was surprised by the insurance requirement and I think the rates for that insurance are high but the cost of the unit itself is very competitive.
